Hampton is always a great place to stay. Add to that the location- Moab- and you've got a fantastic experience on your hands.

Clean comfy and great breakfast!

Posted Dec 1, 2014
Room was much nicer than expected, updated recently, great linens and huge tv. Very quiet first night but following 2 nights had very loud walker above and sounds proofing might not be great. Amazing guy that made breakfast, hands down best continental breakfast ever! Surpassed much more expensive hotels even. Apple juice was out... But otherwise amazing, even real coffee! Parking full but not impossible. Couple of people with trailers took up over a dozen spaces. I can see how it could be problematic. During tourist season but we lucked out. Side note, skip Denny's... Eaten there twice in past trip as well and ended up sick afterwards both times!

leaky shower

Lobby was clean and in great shape. Staff was friendly. Shower flooded the bathroom. From the peeling wallpaper and missing grout, it appears this was not the first time.

Pros: Nice breakfast with a selection of hot and cold foods. Well equiped business centre.
Cons: Front desk staff could be welcoming.
Location: Moab is only a 5 minute drive to the entrance to Arches National Park.
Stayed 3 nights at this hotel while visiting Arches and Canyonlands National Parks. Comfortable, clean hotel in Moab. We walked one evening to a restaurant and the visitor centre in the centre of town, which was a 10 minute walk. The hotel front desk staff were not friendly.

Convenient hotel in Moab

Posted Nov 14, 2014
Pros: It was very clean and had everything you would expect from a hotel chain. The man looking after breakfast was extremely pleasant and helpful.
Cons: Breakfast was good, but plastic cutlery and plates are not what you would expect for this price!
Location: Moab is an excellent base from which to explore the Arches and Canyonlands.
We were passing through Moab on our road trip from Denver to Phoenix. The Hampton Inn was easy to find and comfortable, if a little ordinary.

Costly room rate with a not-very-clean bathroom

Posted Nov 11, 2014 on Hotels.com
It was a busy weekend so the prices were high which was fine because the pictures of the hotel looked really good. It was a nice hotel except that when we got to the room we found that there was hair in the bathroom as if the bathroom hadn't been cleaned properly. That was really gross and distressing because we had paid so much and the hotel was booked so we couldn't just switch rooms. The fan in the bathroom was also broken. When we pointed these things out to the staff they said that because we hadn't booked on their site directly and had used a hotel-booking site they couldn't really do anything about even lowering the price. So in the end they gave us a $15 dollar! gift debit card as consolation.

Convenient Location / Comfortable Room

Posted Oct 29, 2014 on Hotels.com
This hotel is perfect for its close proximity to exploring thd parks and areas surrounding Moab. Hampton Inns do a nice job withthe comfort of their beds and atractive bathrooms, and the Moab location is consistent with that. The lobby and breakfast room area was comfortable, but the breakfast was sub-standard. The orange juice was so watered down it barely had a flavor, and the fruit bowl was the same. None of the "hot" foods (pre-made omlettes, turkey sausage, pancakes) were appealing. Not even the waffles I saw people make looked particularly good. So I toasted a bagel. My husband suffered through the pancakes. For the rest of our stay in Moab, we ate breakfast at local dining spots.
