Bathroom floor had some dirt/mud spots from previous occupants stepping into the shower. Breakfast area was too hot temperature wise and the juices were not cold

Really nice new property! Front desk Staff was extremely friendly, nice, did their best to accommodate. Unfortunately our problems were with the maintenance staff. Our shower faucet was broken making the shower head unusable. I had to ask twice to have it fixed. When checking in the front desk staff reminded us that the pool was heated to 90 degrees ( as a selling point!). We were excited to enjoy the pool and jacuzzi after our long morning adventure of hiking and rappelling. When we got to the pool. Nothing was heated. Pool was in the 50’s one jacuzzi was lukewarm the other cold. When I told the staff he was frustrated because he had asked the maintenance to turn heater the prior day. This was also when we realized our shower had still not been fixed. Our bathroom was not the cleanest either. Floors and baseboards were very neglected. Pink mildew in the shower. Definitely diminished our comfort and experience at this nice lodging. Disappointing for such a nice new place.

Staff was very nice. My kids loved the pool and hot tub. It was closed to all the places to eat and shop. And very close to the arches national park. Would definitely stay there again with my family

Property and staff was awesome, only problem was that our microwave wasnt working in our room, went to ask for it to be switched the same night of arrival but got told it couldnt be done, so a work order got made. Next day after returning from our day, it still wasnt working so went back to the front desk but this time the FD agent was able to switch the microwave right away which was awesome since we had kids and it was very inconvenient it not working. Breakfast staff super nice and friendly.

The tv selection was bad. Just limited local channels. If I’d been with kids they would have had nothing to watch. I wanted to find a movie- forget that. Also the fridge has no temp adjustment. All my drinks froze and one exploded. And there was no way to turn the temp up. The pool area was nice. Room was clean and modern.

We did not get the room we reserved. We reserved a king and were put in a room with 2 double beds. Then before 10 the next morning we were rudely disturbed by an employee walking through loudly knocking and saying “housekeeping”. We felt rushed and inconvenienced even though checkout was not until over an hour later.

Honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. There was hair and mud on the bathroom floor when we arrived. Then we found more hair in the sheets. They had obviously not been washed. The curtains were broken so the bright parking lot light shined in the room all night. They were out of shampoo and body wash in the bathroom. The room was next to the outside door which slammed shut every time someone used it which woke us up every time. The front desk guy was very apologetic and kind but man this was awful.

THIS LOCATION SUCKS: -Dirty lobby floors that were not mopped the 4 days I stayed. -Bathtub had hairs an dust. -No bodywash in bath dispenser. -Breakfast was incomplete (missing scrambled eggs for 2 days). -The oatmeal was either dry/lumpy or watery. As an IHG member, I have stayed in many Holiday Inn Express Hotels; this one has been by far the worst . We checked in at 6pm and went out to eat. Came back close to midnight after sightseeing the Parks. I saw the dirty bathtub but was not going to call for it to be cleaned at midnight and have my kids/wife wait (we were desperate to shower and sleep). The next 2 days however, I left the sign for the room t be serviced to no avail. That's when I brought the issue to the General Manager Christy" whom was the utmost unprofessional when handling my complaint about breakfast and room issues. She even "air quoted" me stating if I was so "disappointed" in the hotel I should have left and that the breakfast has bad online reviews anyway. I believe this hotel could be a gem but it is awfully managed. Very disappointed and will NOT RECOMMEND anyone to stay. Many others to chose in the area.

Place was just ok.
Clean rooms and overall hotel. Felt like walls were thin. Couldn't sleep for the noise above me. Breaking mediocre.

The staff of this hotel went above and beyond by notifying and arranging to send to my home my forgotten camera battery and charger which arrived in perfect condition the day after we returned home. There prompt attention and courteousness was noted and so appreciated...when we travel again you can bet this is where we'll stay...thank you all so much!
