Convenient location and amenities

Posted Apr 20, 2015
Pros: breakfast was convenient; pool was heated; PC center much appreciated for printing boarding passes.
Location: Arches and Canyonlands NP are nearby; downtown Moab is just down the road.
This hotel is ideal for those who need to be close to the park entrances, don't want to worry about how to start the day, and need additional options in case folks are too tired from visiting the parks.

Nice hotel

Posted Apr 11, 2015
Pros: Clean beddings and bath room and of course view
Cons: The card for the door doesn't work well. It needs to be fix it at reception every day. That's need to make improvement.
Location: We were in Moab, Utah. Very good location.
Nice, clean beddings. Breakfast is as usual, standard. One thing I m not happy is that I booked for our self and my daughter with the same price. But, later found out that my daughter's room was not as spacious as ours and the bathroom is not very nice. Our room has good view and spacious.

Very helpful staff made this a pleasant stay. The breakfast was not great and the breakfast room was crowded and under serviced.

Very convenient!

Posted Apr 7, 2015
Pros: Close to everything.
Cons: Staff member mis-lead us on an activity. But no big deal, we re-set and were on our way!!!
Location: We went mountain biking right from the hotel. Easy access for hiking in the national parks. Close to the 4 x 4 trails too.
Rooms were very clean! A/C was marvelous :) Kids LOVED the pool facilities. So close to everything we wanted to do.

best free breakfast

Posted Mar 30, 2015
The suite room was very nice, although why the TV is in front of the bed instead of the couch is beyond me. Bed was a little soft for me (but I like them very firm), but not too bad. Nice toiletries. They need a new name for the type of breakfast they offer. I would not call it 'Continental'....it was SO much more. Really, there is no reason to eat out when you can get omelets, sausage, bacon, fresh pancakes, biscuits, yogurt, etc etc etc at the hotel! YUM.

The staff and management ruin an otherwise nice fa

Nice pool. Decent free breakfast. Absolutely horrible hide-a-bed. I had to order a roll away bed as the hide-a-bed was nothing but a bag of springs covered in a thin layer of fabric. Then the staff tried to charge me for it at $8 per night even though they agreed not to originally. The manager was very rude to anyone with a bike, so if you are coming to Moab to ride bikes like half the tourist population, this is not your hotel. The pool bathroom was left uncleaned for what looked like days. It was pretty disgusting. Location was not convenient to anything.

Clean hotel

Posted Mar 17, 2015
Pros: Breakfast had a wide variety.
Cons: Staff professionalism.
Location: Very close to Arches as well as the city
Hotel was very clean and tidy. The pool is very small but very nice. The room was also very small but it was all we needed.

Home away from home

during our weeklong stay in Moab, this was a great room. Plenty of room and though we didn't stay inside much, it was nice to come back to a room that had plenty of space, and the hot tub and pool were very accommodating as well. Good breakfast to start our days, too.
