Great spot, clean, quiet and easy to get wherever you are going in the area. Everything you need is close by as are a multitude of activity possibilities. Used as home base for a trip to all 5 national parks. Highly recommend!

Can’t believe the rating for the hotel as excellent! Only good thing was checking in was fast. However the man at the desk was rude. I asked for a quiet room, even if we had to down grade. Was told no, that I had issue to call the from desk. Got to our room, hair on the floor, black dots in the bathroom. The walls are paper thin. I could hear the whole conversation from the people next door. It was so bad that I had to turn on the bathroom fan. TV is super small, Breakfast attended was nice but the breakfast itself was lacking. No healthy options, it also ends at 9.a.m.

Very easy to find & access with lots of parking. Beds were comfortable but little light on the blankets for those people that like a little weight or warmth. Room door knob stopper was falling off wall. We were there for only one night so it worked good for us & front desk staff gave couple close by restaurant options. Would recommend.

Absolutely loved the hotel. Great location in downtown Moab. Hotel was clean, pool area was unique and lovely, my 10 year old loved it. Breakfast was simple but good. All the staff was super friendly and polite with the exception of the very rude front desk kid that seemed to be hiding in the back room on his device most the time. Fantastic Hotel highly recommend it. Could use a more friendly polite front desk attendant though.

Overall it was a great experience. The pool was fun. Pretty quiet. I liked the room set up with the sink outside the bathroom and they had a full mirror and a large fridge and clean microwave. The breakfast was the only thing that really lacked.

If you want to stay and sleep this is a good place to stay. The location is very good and close to attractions. When we got there, we even found a contact lens that was left from the previous customer. Cleaning is not the best attribute. Breakfast was acceptable. Compared to other hotels we have stayed in, it was lacking in variety.

I was lied to about the hot tub working before I booked and when we got to the hotel it was broken. The management then tried to blame the refusal for a refund on the Expedia when it was their doing. Very dishonest and not that clean, not worth it

We are in the process of repairing and I am addressing the miscommunication with our staff. There was no refund to issue from us, as your reservation was prepaid to a third party. There was no financial transaction between you and our hotel. That is something that would need to be handled through the company you booked your reservation with, which is what our staff was trying to communicate to you.

This property is somewhat off the main area. There are restaurants next to and across the street. We chose location partly because of the indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub. Unfortunately the hot tub heater broke on the day of our arrival. These things happen. The worst thing was a dog barking in the hotel in the middle of the night. Yes people bring dogs, they should try to keep them quiet. overall a pleasant stay.

Room was adequate, bed was somewhat uncomfortable. Front desk clerk was never present, had to wait for him for several minutes to check in as did every person I saw check in, he disapeared after every check in that evening. Didn't even look at my ID.

This place was very nice. Easy to walk to different restaurants and shops in town. Clean, good breakfast. My only complaint was it was pricey for how little of a room we had. My partner and I were tripping over our luggage. It was also a handicap accessible room and I feel like it’d be difficult for a wheelchair to navigate around in the room.
