Comfortable Place to Relax and Sleep

Posted Aug 18, 2014
Pros: It was not too expensive, yet comfortable. Perfect for what we paid.
Cons: Cleaner pool.
Location: Close proximity to Arches and Canyonlands makes for a very long list of sight-seeing and high adventure activities.
We found the room to be nice and comfortable. The A/C unit cooled it until it was brisk, despite the hot temperatures outside. There was a coffee maker, a microwave, and a mini-fridge. The sofa had a pull-out mattress. The pool was okay, but could have been a little cleaner. My wife came down with hives, and there was some hair in it. Breakfast was pretty good with scrambled or boiled eggs, bacon, sausage, yogurt, juice, bread, muffins, bagels, milk, and cold cereal. Cleaning staff always greeted us with a smile.

Nice hotel after an strenuous hiking day

Posted Jul 9, 2014
Hotel is nicely decorated. Room is clean and comfortable. Having a couch to sit on after a full day of hiking is definitely soothing. Breakfast is good, lots of variety.

Pros: Great location right off the main street that runs through town.
Cons: The sheets that were left in the room for the pull out mattress had been used before.
Everything I expected for the price we paid. The rooms were clean and very spacious.

First trip of summer

Posted Jun 18, 2014
Pros: the appearance, trees, close to food.
Cons: Wake your people up. They are lucky to have a job, these days, They need more customer service training. Do they realize what people go thru so they
Location: All we did was go to Arches national park. Really like the Dinner for food and service. You should have your people learn from them.
We drove from Bullhead city, arrived very late in the day. We like the outside appearance, lots of trees, lovely setting. Close to food and gas. As usual I pulled up to front door, got a luggage carrier. Unloaded luggage and then checked in. Really good to relax before dinner . Nice place, but the employees seemed quite and just kinda going thru the motions. For $170.00 I would like someone to act glad I came, ya know. that's a lot of money for blasé treatment.
