Pros: It's location and staff members.
Cons: WIFI seemed to be giving us problems at times.
Location: It's Moab, you have Arches and Canyonlands National parks nearby, and tons of jeep and biking trails.
The hotel was in a decent location near the grocery store and gas station. The staff was kind to us and took good care of us while we were there. The room and bathroom were small, but we got by OK. The pool and hot tube were nice and my kids had fun in there.

Clean hotel with comfortable bedPosted Apr 3, 2015
Pros: Guest laundry and breakfast
Cons: Bathroom maintenance
Location: Access to Arches National Park and Cannonlands. Access to Hiking and biking is great.
Bathroom could use some maintenance work but this hotel is clean and comfortable. Guest laundry was great. Seemed pricey for the location. Our room faced the highway and was a bit noisy.

You get what you pay forPosted Feb 18, 2015
Pros: Liked the cleanliness
Cons: Keep the breakfast items supplied while people are eating
Location: Moab isn't big enough to worry about location and this one is close to the Blue Pig which is a great BBQ restaurant
This was one of the most inexpensive motels in Moab and the room was very clean but they are pet friendly and we did have a neighbor with a dog that barked next door. The room only had a shower not a bath tub and they were very slow in replacing empty breakfast items. However, if you are looking for an inexpensive place to lay your head, this is it

Stay somewhere else.Posted Nov 11, 2014
Cons: Housekeeping and staff attitude.
Would be O.K. if someone cared about cleanliness. Room 105 had a disgusting mold condition in the shower and insects living in the shower door frame. Two of the pillows on the bed had hair from a previous resident on them leading me to assume the cases had not been changed. When the front desk person was informed she said "too bad".

Clean and comfortablePosted Nov 3, 2014
Pros: Clean, pillows- soft, fluffy and not too big, clean big shower
Cons: With some people leaving in the early morning hours we could hear the slamming of the doors as they made their exits.
Location: Moab is a beautiful place for hiking, sight seeing, biking, boating/river fun. We went there for rodeo and barrel racing at the Spanish Trail Arena.
We stayed in one of the end rooms on the first floor. The room was clean, I liked the pillows - not too big and plenty to choose from. I like the large shower in the bathroom although the description had said there would be a bathtub. The breakfast was good, waffles, eggs, sausage and the usual. If you need a clean room for the night this is a nice hotel.

Just one nightPosted Oct 23, 2014
Pros: Clean and comfortable - nice hot tub!
Cons: The hot tub room needed to be vented - too much chlorine smell but glad that it was clean!
Location: Went to the Arches National Park and walked the downtown stores and restaurants
Great location - warm and friendly staff - very good continental breakfast.

Hotel was good value, close to Restaurants etc. Room was spacious and clean. Continental B'fast was adequate, although a little crowded.
