Clean and spacious room. Comfortable place to stay. Only negative was the price, which was quite high for 2 nights.

The one positive thing I can say about this hotel is that it is quiet, clean and decently decorated. Unfortunately the negative list is longer: At check-in were told that they will not serve breakfast and we received a $3 coupon per person for two Moab restaurants. That could buy us a coffee in the morning, but certainly not breakfast. So no complimentary breakfast! There was only one person at the reception for the entire hotel, which means service was practically non existent. Calls were not answered and after 7pm the lobby and front entrance were closed and we had to enter the room using the the outside stairway. So no 24 hour front-desk service! The cleaning people were rude and asked us to leave the room at 10 am so they could clean in peace. There was also not enough bedding, toiletries etc for the four of us and the kitchenette was empty. The biggest surprise was at check-out when we saw the bill: It was 35% higher than what we've booked with Expedia and came to hundreds of dollars more. We were charged taxes, a daily resort fee ($20) and a daily pet fee (S30). While I'm OK with the taxes, the resort fee was nowhere mentioned and this hotel is definitely not a resort. The daily pet fee was also steep. We've stayed in luxurious hotels with our little dog and never paid so much. We left this hotel with the impression that they try to squeeze as much money out of their guests while offering the bare minimum. Not a good experience. We will definitely not come back!
