Checked in wasnt told where my room was wasnt told the wifi password! Tried calling fromt desk phone didn't work. The toilet was broke couldn't sit on it with out it coming up from the floor! I'll never stay here again

This was an absolute disaster. We booked 2 rooms but only ended up with one because they couldn’t get the doors open. The rooms was dirty and stinky. Used towels in bathroom. Didn’t sleep at all and when I told the morning person they told me they wouldn’t charge me for second room. I feel like I shouldn’t be charged at all. I will make it a point to not recommend this brand to anyone.

People were loud, obnoxious and we can smell cigarettes through the vents from outside. The room wasn’t swept and there was hair everywhere

THERE WAS BLOOD SPLATTER AND A BULLET HOLE ON OUR CEILING!!!When we arrived for check in they told us we could not check in due to them being short staffed. The employees were arguing and walking off the job because they didn’t want to clean the rooms so they said we wouldn’t be able to check in for another 4 to 5 hours. There were a lot of guess that had to be cancelled and they were refusing to refund without a manager. They mislead you with the photos from the front lobby but once you get pass that area, it is a roach motel. Completely disgusting!! Doors have to be forced shut or they will not close. I definitely do not recommend!

Cheap but you get what you pay for. Very cold that night and the heater didn't work. Plumbing in the shower was terrible and no television

Rooms were old door wouldn't shut correctly roaches crawling on counter ceiling was old no breakfast like it says check out guy was wacked look like he was on crack didn't know what he was doing when we asked for reciept super 8 needs to look at what they are hiring this place needs to be shut down

Room door didn’t close properly as well as was missing cover on card reader inside showing wires, bathroom sink area was broken, beds felt damp, stain on ceiling and wall areas , computer chair looked like it came out of dumpster.

The woman who checked me in was really nice. It isn't bad but the shower curtain rod is about to fall out of the wall and we had the slam the door for it to actually shut. The GPS directions did not take us to our hotel either.

Hair dryer unit came off of the wall, nailed me in the head and despite being plugged in would not turn on. I called the front desk to ask for a replacement and was told I could get one at 8:30 the following morning. I advised I was leaving for the airport between 3-4 and begged to please pull one from a vacant room. After an hour I finally got one. This was following a tub that would not drain and I stood in standing water water as I showered. I have photos of the hair unit, the tiny screw holding it and the multiple holes in the wall where this had been replaced multiple times. I would like a refund or a credit at the very least. The front desk was very nice, however the manager was very unpleasant.

The property is located centrally, but it requires armed security in the lobby AND patrolling the parking lot, with frequent police presence. My room is missing the smoke detector, there was pee on the bathroom floor, the sink is leaking onto the shelf below it, and the non-smoking room has cigarette burns in the comforter. The first stay here was nothing like this, but this 2nd stay here will be my last. I wish I could leave earlier!

Horrendous
Handicap accessible simply means you can get in the room. No grab bars. Smoke alarm no battery so it was chirping. Front desk said they'd bring us a battery, they didn't. No toilet paper. Pictures are deceiving, it's a motel. Expedia map takes you to wrong side of interstate. The AC worked though.

This is Ok for a one night stay. The staff was wonderful and the room was very clean. There was no hot water in the shower. Also the property was littered with cigarette butts.

My Stay was Very Rejuvenating. I can honestly say that I was more comfortable during My stay at Super8 than My very Own Home. Maids were very attentive. They made sure as to not disturb my room whatsoever whilst cleaning it n changing Linen. The Jewel of This Treasure and The Very Cherry On Top of It All was Night Manager Shae. She knew what I needed begore I even Asked. I would make Stuff up just to yalk with Her. Thank You Shae.

Under construction needs updateing
Needs coffeemaker and bigger trash cans in room. First room no vanity just sink and toilet didn’t work. Had to change room’s to upstairs room not happy. Door knob was loose and door would stick hard to close. Next day key card quit working. Had to go back to front desk for a new one and no one at desk they finally came in from smoking break. Also toilet in that room wasn’t installed properly it would rock and make loud klunking noise when you sat on it. The pool was small for number of room it had to serve. It was full of loud noisy kids. To many to enjoy a nice relaxing evening at the pool. Not relaxing at all. Breakfast was not impressive at all. Bread, dry muffins, dry cereal, grits, oatmeal, waffle machine setup make your own and yogurt. Coffee milk and juice.
