Hotel is by stores and restaurants

I had a terrible experience. the hotel clerks were rude. my room was dirty ..I did not feel comfortable. I really would like a refund.

Pros: Excellent AC, happy to have the Free WiFi, and the bedding was clean... everything else was just run down.
Cons: Paint the walls, lots of black stuff in the bathroom, probably need to resurface the tub and floors
Location: Mall was close
Stayed two nights, because of the location (on the airport road) and the price, it was a little scary. (people staying there). The room was ok, but certainly NOTHING SPECIAL! The word "suites" in the name is a joke.... there wasn't even a chair or table in the room, there was just enough room for the two queen beds. There were a lot of the same caliber hotels near by and I'm guessing we might have gotten an even better price at one of them.

Disaster

Pros: Two of the employees were very accommodating. They tried their hardest to correct our issues.
Cons: They need to better maintain an aging hotel. Customer service is not at the top of their list of priorities.
We had horrible service. 1. No pool (it was closed to be painted) 2. Maintenance never showed to fix a dysfunctional toilet (had to move at 10 PM after meeting a friend for dinner) 3. After a day out, our room was never cleaned (service showed at 4PM and just handed us new towels) We will not stay here again. Our past experiences were pretty much the same......

One night stay half way to our final destination.

Pros: Price
Cons: Nothing. It was fine for what I needed.
Location: Lots of restaurants. We were only there for one night so we didn't need to venture off sight seeing.
It's not a horrible hotel like some people have described. It is what it is. If you think for $60 that you're going to be staying at a five star hotel, then you're dreaming. The bed was actually very comfy. We were only there for one night so it was fine. If you need a couple nights stay, then this is economically you're best choice. Lots of restaurants close by too. If you plan on staying a week or more, then you might want to consider staying elsewhere.

The stay was ok

The experience wasnt as expected the staff was pretty rude , i didnt have the proper amount of wash cloths i needed the 2nd night i still didnt recieve what i requestes there were no sheets for the sofa bed and when i stepped out and came back my room door wasn't closed from the house keepers cleaning the room anyone could of came in or stolen my belongings i was not pleased with that at all and when calling to the front desk to make a complaint the staff was very rude and nasty...i also wanted to enjoy the pool but it wasn't cleaned until the time of my stay was up

room was not in good repair compared to internet advertisement. quite disappointing. glad I did nit have to stay their but one night. diretions to hotel very poor

Cheap place to sleep

Cons: Nearly everything
This place was a roof, four walls, and a reasonably good bed. At best, unremarkable, and at worst, semi-ghastly. The staff was trying very hard to please, but the property is in pretty bad shape. It was low priced, and I got what I paid for.

Nice staff, terrible hotel conditions

Cons: cleanliness
There were stains all over the carpets, bed cover and chairs. The room did not appear to be sanitary. I could not even bring myself to shower there. I left within one hour of checking in.
