It was a nice stay. The front desk staff and Ashlund I think I spelled her name right.. lol was nice and friendly and made my stay quite welcoming. The cleaning crew check with me on a daily basis to make sure my room was clean and if I needed anything. Good Stay🙂

Overall property was nice. Staff was friendly. The tile floors in the building were slick. Like they had used the wrong cleaning solution on them and a hazard everywhere. I guess I misread when I booked there is no complimentary breakfast or coffee bar. Just a Starbucks stand that never seems to be open.

Upon walking into hotel room, the strong smell of chemical cleaning fluids hit me. Both of us couldn’t breathe and felt effects. I asked for a second room which was far better; cleaner air.

It was fine
This appears to be a fairly new hotel. It was clean; rooms were nicely appointed; front desk service was fabulous. Be aware this hotel is right next to the interstate and is quite noisy all hours of the day and night. The bed was also not very comfortable.

The staff were supportive and very helpful during our stay. It was one of the cleanest hotels we’ve stayed at. The entire staff went beyond the normal hotel staff making sure we had everything we needed to have a good stay. Our breakfast was a delight and the staff made it a very warm environment to eat in. I want to commend the entire hotel staff for being so professional and courteous during our stay. We look forward to returning in the near future.

The floor wasn't vacuumed well. I was picking things up off the floor. I also had to clean the glass top of the night stand before I felt like I could put things on it.

Southern hospitality at its finest.
Rooms and common areas were modern and clean. But what made the stay special was the friendliness of the staff. Every one of them embodied "southern hospitality." It was what every hotel experience should be. They should be congratulated.

I liked how friendly the staff is and willing to help you. And how clean the room was. This is are second time staying there. I have to my neurosurgery over in Mobile and it's easier to come the night before. Cause of the drive. Only thing I wish is that the price would be a little cheaper during the week days.

I enjoyed my stay here. The property was nice and clean, the staff was polite, beds and pillows were comfortable, and breakfast was good as well. However, they need to update their pictures online because they do not have an indoor pool nor a pool at all.

Check-in experience was awful due to the female agent handling me. Did not greet me and acted as if i was a bother the whole time, did not let me know the wifi process, just very unwelcoming, fire detector was covered with blue plastic film and was a safety hazard
