Great front desk staff but rooms not up to par

Online pics show newly done entry and coffee shop. The lobby lives up to the pics but rooms are outdated and need upgrades. My curtains didn't close properly and there was already opened coffee. Staff was wonderful and helpful. They promptly assisted but it was an uncomfortable stay. Luckily just one night.

A complete disappointment!

This hotel was old and badly in need of repair. To be a Marriott property it was shameful, if I am paying almost 200 a night to stay somewhere it should be better than a motel 6. Don't expect stellar or even acceptable customer service go make up for the other disappointing features of this hotel either. Staff was rude and not very accommodating, except for the young Man the morning we checked out. Not only will I never stay here again but will be giving a second thought to Marriott properties as well.

Disappointed with Courtyard

Very disappointed, that being a Marriott property, the value for my buck was about equal to LaQuinta, which is priced much lower. I also understood that there would be a Complimentary Breakfast, as is usual in most all motels now, to find out that this is not the case in Mobile Courtyard. I did not want to buy a breakfast from the unit there.

Please know Courtyard properties do not and have not offered a free breakfast in over two years. We do offer rates that include breakfast at a discounted price. I apologize for being a disappointing you as well as ourselves. If your travels leasd you back to Mobile, come experience a different side of the Courtyard.

The bed was extremly uncomfortable, room wasn't very clean. Overall, I would never stay there again!

Clammy air in the rooms

It was simply average. Frustrated with air temperature/quality. Won't stay there again.

Couldn't ask for more than this. Each morning, I went to the in-lobby Starbucks and the Baristas there were genuinely glad to see me. Great way to start the day.

Best hotel ever

The Bistro downstairs is wonderful. Quick, quality food at a reasonable price. Very nice staff. Room was impressive and overall stay was impeccable. I would highly recommend it to conference people.
