“Mobile hospitality”

Unbelievable experience from the moment we stepped into the grandiose entry until we left in the car service arranged for us well in advance. We will never stay anywhere else in Mobile from now on...

“Very Family Friendly”

This hotel was exceptionally nice. The rooms are very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. We were very impressed with the bathroom facilities. The pool on the rooftop was wonderful. The hotel is within walking distance of the downtown restaurants. We had a lovely time and would recommend this hotel to everyone!!

“great location”

Hotel and location were great but the parking is very annoying. Were refused to pay $12 a day at the garage. All of the near by streets are metered from 8 am to 6 pm. We parked about 5 blocks away . Even there it is 2 hr limit until 6

“Gorgeous Hotel with Southern Hospitality”

Absolutely gorgeous hotel, giant beautiful rooms, polite and attentive staff, and great room service. My stay was for business. I returned to the hotel every night exhausted and was very pleased to be able to relax in such a beautiful space.

“Grand Old Hotel”

We stayed here on the last leg of a 3,000 mile vacation around the US. We adored the hotel, the service, the food....in fact everything about this hotel and will stay here again. The only problem was that there was a jackhammer or some such thing going on at around 10am on a Sunday morning and we really wanted to sleep in, but I am sure the new construction will only enhance the hotel. The noise was not that objectionable.

“We would definitely stay again”

We chose this hotel for its location and historic charm and we were more than pleased. You could almost see the mardi gras balls that must have taken place there in the beautiful entry way and chandelier lined banquet rooms. Not only was the staff extremely nice (during a very busy weekend being Bayfest), but the hotel has a great rooftop deck and is attached to a really nice spa and pool. We didn't expect such amenities but will definitely pack a bathing suit and book a spa appointment next time.
