This is a good value property in the heart of Modena. While not spacious the rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast selections were good. Many super dining options nearby.

Excellent customer service from this well-located hotel. If you want to see Modena, this is a perfect location to do it from. The parking was a bit tight, but that's just due to the Old Town being built in the ages before cars 😊 The staff was super helpful for parking and taking care of the details so I could enjoy my stay. Would definitely go back.

Very acceptable
Very acceptable stay, nothing really stands out as right or wrong. Quite expensive for Italy but on par with other local hotels. Shower a bit strange. Good location

The reception staff day and night where very helpful and friendly. Car parking was very convenient. Room was comfortable and very clean and quiet. Location is right in the center of town. Very convenient.

Great place to stay in Modena
The hotel is located right in the center of town - everything is a short walk. The room was clean and well maintained and the staff was great - very personable and helpful. Highly recommend.

After booking this hotel, we were told it was closed (probably due to Covid) but they kindly upgraded us to a nearby hotel in the same group. Everything was fine: quick smooth check-in, polite staff, clean room. We just stayed one night.

Really good hotel.
Great hotel location. Minutes walk from train station. Friendly staff. This was our second visit to this property, just as good as the first stay. Recommend this place.

utdated but good shopping location
It was decent if you are shopping lin Modena then it’s very convenient. Rooms have changed since the 70s decor is out of date. Parking is 20 € in the hotels car park.

A perfect location, great for shopping and dining. Steps away from everything. The staff could not have been more helpful. The room was very clean, and cool as well. Breakfast was available for 5 euro.

Good location.
A lovely little hotel with friendly staff in a great location. Decor is a little dated but still really comfortable and clean. The hotel has a private car park nearby that you pay for, or you can self park for free in the public car park a few minutes away. The tourist attractions, bars, restaurants and shops are just a few minutes walk away. We felt this hotel was good value for money.

The staffs are all friendly. The location is in the center of Modena with everything nearby. However, if you are sensitive to noise, you may want to choose the corner room as I can hear everyone walks by clearly from my near-elevator roon.

Comfortable small hotel in the heart of Modena, great staff at reception, breakfast room and housekeeping. Spotlessly clean, and good buffet breakfast for €5. Excellent free wifi throughout hotel. There are restaurants to suit every taste and pocket in the immediate vicinity, and the hotel is just off the main shopping street
