“very noisy”

I red some reviews about this hotel before I booked my stay in it. I did not care too much about them because I was going to stay only one day, but ohboy!! I'm glad I stayed there no more days, it was a night to remember, the heater was just too loud, it kept the temperture very good, but the noisy was unbearable. There was another very loud noisy comming from some where else that kept my wife and I awake all night long, this and the fact that we were in the middle of a lots a construction workers that were also staying in the same area we were made it very anpleasant. So for this reason I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

“If youy have to.”

Price was decent. Location was decent. Construction work going on as location was adding or extending some type of spa or pool. Noise and workers roaming premises. Free breakfast was full of construction workers making 5 -pieces- of- bread - two- egg sandwiches. I ended up with a stale bagel. Stayed 2 days- no maid service second day and no explanation. Won't return.

“I guess they don't want to make money”

Asked for upgrade to 2 beds, said they could not because I already had reservation for 1 bed. I have never had a motel not upgrade. Then said I was coming back 2 day later & asked for a 2 bed room. They said fine. Show up after 7 hrs of driving & 10 pm to find out they would not do it again. Just don't understand why they don't want to make more money!!!!!!!

“Nic surprise in Tehachapi”

We found this motel on-line, and hoped that the reviews that we saw were correct. They were. The room was comfortable, we felt safe, and we got a good night's sleep. This Best Western was a great find.

“Discounts are not everything”

Christmas Night. Rain / snow / cold. Could hear the drains dripping from the roof and echoed throughout the lot. We had a great rate from the unknown price feature, but it backfired. Usually use Holiday Inn but funds were limited. Bed sunk towards the middle, had to use the other. Heater struggled to keep up with the temperature difference. Would not eat the breakfast as only 5-7 people stayed in the rooms and by 9am it was not appealing.

“excellent stay”

We have stayed at this hotel before and this was probably the best experience in that the room had been remodeled and upgraded. It is an excellent layout, spacious and very clean. The breakfast for a continental breakfast was fine and the front desk courteous. Our only complaint would be that the TV reception was really poor across all channels.

“Great for the money”

The room was much bigger than expected and the furnature was new and nice.
