Needed a clean, comfortable room that wouldn't break the bank. We were just looking for basics + breakfast (as we did not know the town & needed some carb loading before visiting with family nearby). Slept very well once the late check in neighbors settled down - didn't take them long ... they were tired, too. Room was nicely done and fresh & clean (except for the blackout curtain which had black spots - dirt vs. mold). Staff was very pleasant. Breakfast was delish. with several choices.
Now we know the town a little better, we would happily stay there again & would recommend this hotel to others.

While the room was nice I made several calls to the front desk indicating that I could not connect to the wireless that I did not receive resolution for. When I asked again at checkout they asked what room I was in and said the internet doesn't always work at the end of the hallways and next time I should request a room in the middle of the floor. If a hotel is going to advertise free wireless internet, it should work in every room.

Situated on the Mississippi River, Moline is the largest of the Illinois Quad Cities and closest to the region's airport. The corporate headquarters of Deere & Company is located downtown as are many hotels and restaurants. The city's older outlying neighborhoods have rich ethnic histories, especially Belgian and Irish, and worth visiting for their mom-and-pop shops and charming architecture.
