“It was an unforgettable honey moon!”

Wonderful hotel. Friendly personal. Hight quality service. One drawback only - far from the city and entertainment. But there is a nice caffe across road, called Galaxy Restaurant. It own a Chineese, his name`s Po. Veri nice man. There is a supermarket near hotel, about 1 km. 20 min to go for a walk or 20 KSh to minibus.

“Great for couples and family with demarcated areas”

The hotel amenities are great and this is complemented by pleasant staff always willing to assist. The room had an exceptional view. The quiet pool (for over 12) provides for privacy and quiet for adults who want occasional peace and quiet away from the main pool which has two pools for the children. In addition, the Diani Hospital close by is an added advantage in the event of any unforseen illness. The staff at the hotel referred me to it and the service received was excellent.

“A perfect three-day weekend at Diani Reef”

We spend 3 days here over a long weekend and loved the location, the place, the staff, and especially the spa. It was extremely peaceful and relaxing with plenty to do if you wanted. Good food choices (and we are vegetarian) and wonderful spa treatments. The beach was beautiful and we too long walks in the evening when it was quiet with not a lot of people and it was lovely. No trouble being hasseled by anyone. Would recommend to anyone. The only down side is it is a bit far from the airport but still worth it.

“Had the Best Time.”

This is one of the best hotels at which I've stayed. Room, beach, service, staff, food, ...A few areas that good but not great: 1) No easy/convenient access to convenience store. We didn't want to pay the high hotel prices for things. Walking to the shopping center - the road is extremely unfriendly to pedestrians, but then, so is Kenya in general. 2) The food and internet access too expensive. 3) The thought of having to cross the dreaded (congested) ferry is enough to discourage one from going to Diani Reef

“Great beach resort”

Got an upgrade to a suite. That was lovely! However the rooms could do with renewal of the beddings and towels. Are looking a bit over used.

“Beautiful hotel unfair price practices”

Incredible hotel on the beach. Great service. If you go to the Diani area try to fly to the local airport not Mombassa as the ferry crossing is stressful and a time waster. Do go on the Dow snorkel trip at Wassie Island it is a winner. I hope the management will consider getting a new manager as the hotel is very expensive & I feel if you are paying top doller there should be no suprises.
