What a view to wake up toPosted Jul 16, 2014
Pros: Good location, very clean , good value for money, and friendly staff.
Arrived at our hotel at 3am in the morning, due to traffic jams, we phoned the hotel to let them know we were running late, and they said it was no problem , but reception closed at 9pm but they gave us a code to get in, so there was no problem. The room was spotless and also the bathroom, room was cleaned daily and fresh towels, we had a sea view, and waking up to it every morning was amazing , reception staff were very friendly and helpful. We cant comment on breakfast, as we did'nt eat at the hotel. Parking is an issue, parking for 2 vehicles directly outside the hotel, on a main road, you can park along the road , although spaces are limited. We found parking in the day easier, parking in the evening was very difficult, we had to drive around looking for a space. Bus stop is just up the road , and they run every 15 min, cost 1.50 euros to get into Monaco centre. If you get the chance to travel into Menton town, its well worth a visit, lovely long beach, restaurants and cafes along sea front, . Monaco is a beautiful country , the architecture is amazing, plenty of designer shops.

cheap and cheerful ? The smallest room I've ever stayed in, very pleasant staff, but, like they say. You get what you pay for, don't be fooled by the pictures

Nicole rocks and the staff is super-friendly plus you can't beat the location. The Mediterranean view is to die for and with the birds signing in the morning combined with the gentle sound of the waves and comfortable temperature in early May is just a wonderful experience. Having breakfast on the garden makes you feel in heaven. I can't wait to go back there. Parking is an issue but the staff will help you with that. It's just 5 minutes by bus from Monte Carlo, but this is the best public transportation you will have in Europe. Did I say we loved this hotel?

Alright for the pricePosted Jul 24, 2012
Some lovely views from the room, though our view was blocked by a big tree! Clean, pretty good location if you can find a parking spot ( it is free immediately in front of the hotel) also about 20 metres to the bus stop down to Monaco which is handy. Main let down is the tired decor, and that you have a window not a sliding door onto the balcony so you can't open it up and stand out there. Not bad for the price however.

Lovely hotel with great staffPosted Jul 26, 2011 on Hotels.com
My wife and I stayed in the hotel for 5 nights whilst I was working in Monaco. The hotel is situated close by to Monaco and Menton on a fairly busy road, but it is not in Cap Martin itself, or a reasonable walking distance to the town, and right at the top of a hill to get to the beach etc, so a car is essential, and parking is limited. The staff are fantastic, and could not have been more friendly. The breakfasts are basic but fine, and the rooms are small but everything is clean and well finished with amazing sea views, but no balcony. I will defiantly stay again when on business, and thanks to the all the staff :-)
