“Can't wait to go back!!!!!”
Absolutely this is the most fabulous hotel. The staff, the location, the atmosphere, the decor, the setting, the french cuisine and the ambiance is outstanding. The rooms are attractive and comfortable. W#e even loved the patisseries in the room each day and they were a very welcoming touch.

Can not find anything negative about this place unless you do not want to pay European rates for the highest quality of food. If so, then there are less expensive restaurants in town five minutes walk away. Some feel the mountain view room, which cost considerably less than the sea view, are small. Actually, they are large by French standards and have all the space you need. Sea view from the room is not necessary as you can have it from the outside restaurants and the grounds. Use the room just to sleep and enjoy the beautiful outdoors.

Never have been to French Riviera. Found the great deal at this 4-star hotel on Expedia. Lowest priced room was very tiny (bed took up most of room), furniture a little "worn", with small window mountain view. But having stayed in France previously, knew this would be the case with room size. Hotel common areas were gorgeous. But with all to do in the vicinity, did not spend much time in hotel. Pool was a thing of beauty. Hotel has "private" beach (area roped off from public beach) with comfy chairs, umbrellas, great service. The location of the hotel in Cap Ferrat would be for people who prefer more of a "neighborhood" location without a city feel -- different from the hustle and bustle of Nice. Great seafood at boat harbor restaurants in Cap Ferrat. It was also VERY easy to hop on the trains to Monaco, Antibes, Nice, Marseilles -- hotel was really in a great location. Would definitely return to this hotel. Maybe will win lottery and can afford larger room with Mediterranean view :)
“Great Service”
I have stayed in this hotel with my wife and son and we really enjoyed it a lot. The location of the hotel is great as it is between Monaco and Nice. Easy travel to Cannes and also Italy. The hotel staff is extremely friendly and made our stay very enjoyable. We will definitely come back.
“Romantic if in a water side room”
We upgraded from a SMALL room facing the street (with construction) to a HUGE room facing the water for 50 euros/night. Staff very accomodating. Great location on the Riviera as close to all yet quiet and beautiful.
