“Wonderful tonight”
We loved the architecture, the decorations, the ambiance and view. Front desk personal, valet and breakfast server were very friendly and attentive. The location was superb for walking and yet parking was easy... We would definitely stay at this hotel again!!!!
“Not impressed but good.”
This hotel is a nice place where you can stay and spend not that much money like most of Monaco Hotels, remember that everything is Really Expensive in Monaco.
“Great Stay in Monaco”
Novotel was a very pleasant place to stay in Monaco. It was easily accessible to everything, the rooms were clean (but small) and had great views.
“Good place to stay”
Rooms somewhat small but satisfactory. Breakfast buffet was very good, and common areas very nice. Very easy to find hotel. Took the express bus from Nice airport, went right by hotel and driver kindly stopped to let us off.
“Avoid, if you care about service quality. Customer satisfaction is not a priority.”
1. The room booked for 3 adults for 8 nights was impossible to stay at with 3 adults, literally no place to walk when 3 suitcases are brought in. We had to pay a lot extra to upgrade to family suit. 2. Family suit had stains on the walls, very dirty windows (were washed a day after complains), the coffee maker was dirty when we arrived, the shower had sharp piece of metal on the handle that cut my hand (handle was replaced after complains). 3. Breakfast was very simple, with the same food every day, yet very expensive. Staff was not friendly and not flexible, not caring about customer satisfaction. The restaurant manager has been standing on the exit like a gendarme, controlling that none takes any food to the room from the breakfast table, explaining it that food might get bad in warm weather and if we eat it we'll get sick and will complain that it was bad food at their restaurant! While if you order breakfast in the room (the same price) they bring the same food, which you can leave in the room for as long as you like! We have arrived to the breakfast late once and after being asked to leave at 10 am, we decided to take yoghurts with us to finish them in the room, restaurant manager stopped us at the exit, taking yoghurts away, making us feel like we stole them! We were so disappointed, we complained to the hotel manager, a day later manager asked us to leave the hotel on 3rd day of stay out of prepaid 8, explaining it by complain from restaurant manager! Unseen rudeness!
“Excellent accomodation”
We arrive and were quickly taken care of. The room was medium in size but everything we could ask for was provided. The hotel is modern and very stylist. It has a swimming pool just outside of the restaurant making it feel like a small resort. We had a great view facing the harbor. The train station is just two short blocks away making our getaway to surrounding town a convenience. Centrally located from the center of the city every thing was within walking distances. We highly recommend this hotel.
“Excellent option in Monte Carlo”
I would highly recommend this hotel. Very stylish and clean. A bit expensive, but we were there during the peak summer season. Very short walk to the train station.
“Would definitely stay here again!”
A very comfortable and convenient hotel. It is near the train station and the No.2 bus that goes to Ville. My wife and I found the hotel clean, stylish and affordable (by Monte Carlo standards)
“Convenient Monte Carlo Hotel”
We really like the modern feel of this hotel and proximity to the train station. It was very easy to walk to nearby attractions like the casino. Room was clean & comfortable. We had free access to fashion channel on TV (FTV). There was no top sheet on the bed and we had to request one. There was no breakfast included.
“would stay again”
This was a nice hotel in a beautiful place. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Internet access is affordable, but you have to go to the front desk to get a code to get into the wifi. It is easy to get around Monaco and an affordable hotel.
