Nice location, spacious apartmentPosted Sep 15, 2014
The apartment is inside a large 4-story building, within 5-minute walk to the old village of Eze, which is well preserved and with fantastic view of the coast. Rooms are clean and comfortable, although there is a strong odor of bleach in the hall way. You can walk to a grocery store, a bakery, bars and restaurants, bus stop, etc

Good facilities right by eze villagePosted Sep 10, 2014
Pros: Location and self catering facilities
Cons: Sensors in hallways were slow to come on.
Location: Eze village, including botanical gardens and Castle ruins. Near nice and Monaco.
Our studio was well equipped and had a lovely terrace. It did back onto the perfume factory but whilst coaches and occasionally lorries could be heard by day, evenings and early mornings were quiet. We chose not to pay the extra to guarantee parking and there was always a space available but this probably would not be the case in peak season. Eze village is lovely, we didn't sample the gastronomic delights of its most expensive restaurants!

Apartment style hotel in center of village.Posted Sep 1, 2014
Pros: Kitchenette! Easy access!
Cons: the bed.
Location: Perfect location, 2 blocks from everything i.e. grocery, market, church, cactus garden and Eze Village artisan and restaurant community.
This was the prefect place for my needs, easy access to all the village offers. It is an apartment style room with kitchenette, stove, fridge - everything you need to take care on your own!

Great locationPosted Aug 27, 2014 on Hotels.com
Average looking rooms but clean and spacious and great location, close to both Nice and Monaco and a market next door. Week wifi in room. Recommended

A beautiful spot with some amazing views. Perfect location for visiting Eze. Staff could not have been any more helpful.

Nice location, but needs renovationPosted Aug 8, 2014 on Hotels.com
The location is great for Eze, and it is close to the main road / restaurant. From the outside, it seems nice; however not to be misled by the pictures posted on the hotel website - it is totally different for the interior of the rooms, and the corridors. The rooms and corridors need to be renovated, or properly cleaned.

Certainly not a 4 star as advertised.Posted Aug 2, 2014
Very basic. Only one pillow each which wasn't very comfortable. One of the bedside lights didn't work. They do not give any explanation on how to call reception from the room so you end up going to reception if you needed anything. Wifi only worked for about a day and a half of our stay and even then intermittently, we did report this but never got fixed in our 4 day stay.

Great location for trips to Nice and MonacoPosted Jun 17, 2014
Pros: The staff we dealt with were the best.
Cons: Lower the breakfast price.
Location: Lovely location. Easy access to A8 and close to Monaco and Nice.
Perched on top of the mountain, Eze Vista provides a lovely view of the Mediterranean. The staff is welcoming and very helpful. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The hotel is on the edge of the small town where you can have dinner, drinks, or buy groceries. While the breakfast is adequate and there is outdoor seating, it is over priced. Overall, a very pleasant visit.
