“Fabulous location, great upgrades to the rooms, beautiful views”

We have stayed hear 4 times now, because of its location on the water, right next to Monte Carlo. The rooms were recently upgraded. There is a 3 mile paved walk along the mediterrean towards st jean cap ferat that has some of the best views on the Riviera! We've stayed at all the hotels in Monte Carlo and keep coming back here just for the walk! If you are driving, be prepared to get very lost trying to find this hotel!

“An excellent value for the money”

This is a clean and comfortable hotel in a lovely location, though not easy to find. Make sure you have good directions before you go. The beds were comfortable, our room was large (by European standards), with a roomy balcony looking over the marina and out to the sea. Breakfast was extensive and delicious, but dinner at the hotel was only average.

“Nice”

Marriott is a guaranteed place. It is in a great place and there is a perfect bus stop. Parking is easy. Nice Restaurant, lounge and bar. Just in the marina and bellman/driver/concierge is very helpful

“Just one night”

Lately I spent one night in Marriott Riviera in Monaco (or rather Cap d'Ail) Hotel is situated in a quiet area outside centre but still walking distance (ca. 20min.) It is right at the AS Monaco Stadium and small marina, built in 70's or 80's. The hotel is very quiet and I felt like it was not so many people. Architecture is quite nice but you do not feel very cosy in this place. We got a great room (or rather apartment even so we did not book one) with two plasmas, great king size bed, balcony, sitting area and marina view. It was great. We spent not so much time in the hotel rather visiting centre but it was ok. Great breakfast, especially when you sitting outside watching all boats and yachts. I really recommend this hotel if you travelling for business or just spend one or two nights and do not need any beach.

“Worst Marriott I have been to”

Arrived at 4pm and told to wait in the bar for them to prepare a room, and they would come get us. At 4:45pm no one had come, so I went to the desk and the room was finally ready. A/C in room very poor, room averaged 78-82 degrees. Shuttle service ends at 10pm, had to wait an hour and a half to get a taxi. Food quality very average. Hotel is a bit run down, and employees uninspired.
