"We really enjoyed this property. It’s right on Gran Via, walkable to a lot of shops, Plaza Mayor, the metro and also taxis and the Big Red Bus stops right in front of the hotel as well. There is a grocery store around the corner, Starbucks down the street as well. The room itself was clean and modern. There’s a washer (no dryer), AC, pull out couch, fridge and a full kitchen with all appliances included. If you want the room cleaned, you do have to tell the front desk and it’s 20 euros each time. (You can ask for more towels etc.. ) there’s also a rooftop bar, a pool and gym which is nice. Since you’re in the busy area of Madrid it is loud and you can hear a lot of outside noise and walls are thin as well. "
