Good location

Pros: Only there for one night. Room was cozy and bed comfortable. Breakfast was great!
Staff was courteous and friendly. Good location, located downtown. Staff was courteous, friendly and bilingual. Breakfast was very good.

Nice hotel in downtown of Moncton

Pros: In downtown area of Moncton. Large computer monitor screens. Staff is courteous. My room is facing Main Street but very quiet.
Cons: Fixing the leak in my room.
Location: Going to a movie or many restaurants within walking distance.
Nice and somewhat old looking hotel for 3 1/2 stars. Main entrance is not on Main Street of Moncton. Outdoor parking means you have to clean the windshield in snowy weather. The pool is in good size but drops off quickly from 3 ft to 6ft then 9ft. There was leaking from the middle window in my room during the rain.

Titanic is sinking!

Cons: Every single thing could be improved!
Location: Thank god there was some bars near by!
We did not like our stay and the commentary your about to read are very conservative! The hotel have small dark corridor with low ceiling witch felt like we were on a boat about to sink! The lobby his bright with high ceiling and do not reflect the rest of the hotel. The floor plans on every level are awkward and difficult to find your way around, almost like a labyrinth! The building is old and the decor seems to come out the 1960! The rooms are small with low ceiling, witch I could touch easily! The sprinkler head in the room are big and rusted and do not inspired confidence. The bathroom did not have a fan and was humid. The bed was terrible; it felt like my grandparent old mattress. The noise level from other room had us sleep deprived for most of the night! The hotel is in need of a serious makeover or even rebuild! Even the parking was terrible, with big hole and pavement missing for most part. The parking space was barely indicated and poorly lit. And they charge 10$ a day for that! We do not recommend this hotel to no one!

Convenient downtown hotel

Pros: Hottub and sauna
Cons: Lots of renovations recently done. Parking lot needs improvement. Rooms could use furniture updates but beds were great.
Room was in good shape, comfortable bed. Parking lot was being renovated, bumpy but usable. Nice pool, hot tub and sauna.

Nice hotel in downtown area

The front desk was friendly upon arrival. The room was a good size and the beds were very comfortable. There was a long hair on one of the drinking glasses in our bathroom but that was the only negative. They had free parking which was great!

Fine, but out-dated and dingy

We did not find the rooms to be dirty nor spotless, just average. It looked like most repairs were completed around the room, but they were poorly repaired (ceiling patches/stains, bathroom vanity chips/cracks filled with different color and not smooth, etc.). We weren't expecting fancy, so we were not disappointed. When booking the room, I *thought* I had booked a single king bed instead of 2 queens, but something must have gone wrong with the booking or I mistakenly chose the wrong room (they were both the same price). When I got to the room and saw 2 beds, I called downstairs to say that I thought I had booked a room with a king bed. The man at the front desk called back and rudely said that I booked 2 queens and if I can prove that I booked a king, then he would look into changing us. Seeing that we had to be at a wedding cross-town in 45 minutes, we figured there was no point in arguing with him as the 2 queens would work just fine. Turns out (I checked the reservation email when we got back) that I did indeed book a room with 2 queens. But being in customer service myself, and given that there was no cost difference between the two rooms, I would have just offered the customer a different room. The hotel was far from busy (it was like a ghost town) so I can't imagine they were "booked up". Not a huge deal though. We made it to the wedding on time, but I doubt I'd go back to that hotel. I see no reason to choose it over others in the immediate area.

Nice stay, recommend doing Treego!

Nice hotel! We stayed the night after a visit to Treego. Had a short but fun stay in moncton and we would stay at the crowne plaza again. Our room was small compared to our friends room but that was ok. Everything else was great.

Pros: Notre séjour s'est terminé à l'entrée. Nous n'en avons pas vu davantage.
Cons: Fiabilité!

Arrivé sur place le personnel nous a dit que notre chambre n'était pas disponible et ils nous ont transféré dans un autre établissement moins bon. Si une réservation peut être annulé comme ça à quoi bon prendre le temps de choisir son hôtel. Franchement décevant!
