“Very Impressived”

I was travelling with my Mother who is 84 years old and uses a cane. The room assigned to us was on the upper level and would be difficult for my mother to access via the stairs. I expressed my concern and was extremely pleased with the attention that was provided to us by staff supervisor Patricia who not only assured us that our accomodations could be changed a room on the 1st floor but also assisted us with our luggage. The room was clean and large and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast buffet had the best seating and the best selection of food items I had ever experienced in the hospitality industry. Our overnight stay was exceptional because of the quality of the room and services provided and most especially the attentiveness of the hotel staff supervisor named Patricia. We will most definitely stay at this hotel again.

we found this hotel to be a very pleasurable experience and would not hesitate to recommend this to our friends as a destination to stay at when travelling or visiting the city of Moncton. Close to Magic Mountain for the children and within a five (5) drive to the shopping districts located in and around Moncton. Friendly and very courtious staff supporting large spacious rooms, a traveller could not want anymore, very affordable, excellent buffet breakfast................A very nice experience for all age groups.

This hotel is situated near many of the attractions in Moncton and the quality of the room was that of a hotel twice as expensive. I would recommend stay here to anyone.

“Family Friendly and Fast Service!”

The hotel is a great location, close to everything downtown. Staff is helpful with directions and recommendations for great kid friendly places to eat. Nice and clean and alwyas fresh coffee and cookies in the lobby! Get the room with Valet parking included as parking is $18/day othewise. The Valets were fast and friendly too! The rooms are large enough to offer a famliy of 6, 2 adults and 4 young kids, room to have quiet and space. The beds are comfy. The little fridge, microwave and sink make having a simple meal in the room easy and comfortable-great for the kids when they were tired. Our fridge did not work great, so called the front desk, they had it replaced within 1 hour- the service was great. Only comment would be the pool, sauna and hot tub were a a bit small for the people wanting to use it and it was always busy- good sign I guess. I will return here again and tell others about it, it was a great place to call home for a week.

“Great for families, very good value for price”

We were pleasantly surprised at all the space in our room and in the hotel itself. The pool and hot tub area was great for our family; and we really liked (though didn't need to use) the laundry area close by the pool. The staff was excellent in all respects. Lots of parking available, but limited food choices for groceries and dining close by. Breakfast was standard. We will go back to this hotel to visit the nearby Magnetic Hill park in the summer; we hope it gets updated/renovated before then -- that's really the only negative we have to say.

“Comfortable stay”

The hotel is conveniently located to the highway, well kept and clean. The staff was very helpful. Great breakfast and good size room. Would gladly say there again!
