Nice hotel Close to facility where event was held

Pros: Pleasant staff. Like the location. Easy to find
Cons: "Train" too close.
Location: Everything we needed was near by. Did not have to go far.
Staff was very accommodating and pleasant. Location was very close to event we were attending. The restaurant inside the hotel has great food.

Rooms were older but clean. Breakfast was great and very nice dining room. Pool was indoor and clean but the games in the game room took our money. Overall good place to stay for price.

Terrible condition

I booked this hotel for 2 reasons: Indoor pool and fitness center. The indoor pool was yellow and the fitness equipment was rusted up (half of which was broke). The bed mattress was wallowed out at least 3-4 inches deep. The tiles in the bathroom were all messed up. This was definately the worst hotel that I have stayed in, in years.

Asked for non-smoking

I made reservations for a non-smoking room but I was placed in a smoking room. The room had leaves in where they blew in under the cracks of the door. The building over all is pretty worn down.

Needs improvement

The room was run down, there was a big stain on the chair and I didn't take my shoes off except to shower. The room was clean but very shabby. Very nice staff though.
