“The Motel was Fine.”

The motel was fine but the breakfast left a little bit to be desired, i.e. just a few muffins, a few Danish pastries, coffee and apple juice; although if you arrived a little late the juice was gone and so were the muffins. I was never sure why I was put into a room that was meant for handicapped people! The shower was low with a plastic chair to sit on. But I never bothered to ask; I have no doubt they would have moved me, but for two nights I could put up with it.

“Nice staff. Very uncomfortable beds.”

It was the only hotel in the area. Next closest was 15 miles away. The staff was very nice. Side entrance door was broken. Beds were very hard and sank in the middle. If you need to stay in that area it's okay for one night. This place needs to be renovated.

“Only hotel in town”

If this hotel were updated it would rate much higher. It is very convenient to the Ag Center.

“Find another place to stay”

Small rooms, outdated furniture, Continental breakfast included coffee, stale muffins, stale danish, nothing else!

“If you need to stay in Monroe, it will do for a night”

I had low expectations walking in, it was pretty much what I anticipated - older hotel that just needs some updating and maintenance. Beds aren't overly comfortable or anything plush by any means but it was roof overhead for a couple nights that we "needed" to stay in the area.

“A Realio, Trulio DUMP!”

This hotel a real dump! It's the absolute pits! The lobby smells strongly of bleach, the hallway of smoke and the rooms were dirty. The rooms had dirty, dirty upholstered chairs in them! Who would sit there? We booked there because they were the only rooms left in the Athens, GA area because of the University of Georgia graduation ceremonies. Now I see why that was true. Don't even pull up in the driveway of this fleabag!
