The toilet didn't flush or work the room was nasty the sheets were dirty and the pillowcases were dirty also!! Very dissatisfied and they would not even give us our money back!!

We stayed in a nonsmoking wing and staff and tenants were smoking all around, the rooms were in very poor condition the lights were not even plugged in so we walked into a dark room and it felt very unsafe.

This seems like a place locals come to have a party or do drugs. People were very loud. The room smelled clean but the bathroom wasn't very clean. Hair in the shower. At 4 am the room next door tried to open the adjoining room door. We stayed here because it was the least expensive option. I'd think twice if I had to do it again.

The woman told me she didn't have a room for me. I tried to show her my confirmation number, and she said it didn't matter, that she didn't have any rooms. No apology, no over of assistance in any way the lobby had a bad odor and there was old furniture piled up on the sidewalk in front of the lobby.

The stay, for one night, was terrible. From the entrance the cigarette smell is awful, the person at the reception was smoking when I arrived. The room, a non-smoking room, smelled of cigarettes and dampness. The room could be comfortable. When I checked out, I had to wait more than 5 minutes for someone to come to the front desk even though I rang the bell more than 5 times. I would not recommend it but it is the only one in town.

To be honest, the property need better management we find bedbugs in the room we change rooms three times. The first room water was leaking from the AC. The second room got bedbugs, undeterred room the refrigerator was networking.

Very shabby but reasonably clean. Things on the verge of not working like very slowly draining sink and fluorescent lights in bathroom that take 10 minutes to light up, The rate was too high for what you get,

The room was ok. But the ac was broke upon arrival. I called and asked for it to be fixed and when they came it worked for maybe 3 hours. The last night of my stay was so hot in the room that i actually went and slept in my car for air.

Really guys?
This place sucks. I was susposed to get the vip package to include a room with a jacuzzi tub....the room i got had a half of a bed, even less of a comforter, no coffee in rhe morning, no cable, barely wifi, and not even a tub at all. I dont understand.

The attendant at the desk was nice, overall this hotel is NOT a luxury hotel. NOT a luxury hotel, just a place to stay for a night or two. This is an impartial review and I didn't expect luxury to begin with. I somehow got a smoker's room, but only found that out after my stay. The fire detector was missing, the room smelled of cigarette smoke (again, didn't know it was a smoker's room), and the towels were NOT cleaned (I luckily brought my own). Wash cloths were not provided nor the WiFi password was not provided. My overall stay? Pretty okay, not the best but not the worst. Multiple food places and a grocery store in walking distance. The attendant was nice. I should preface that there is an additional $50 charge that is refundable at the end of your stay (I reserved online, so this cost kinda caught me by surprise but no big deal). The room was clean and honestly neat overall aside from the missing fire detector and the dirty towels. I'd recommend coming here if you need to stay for a night or two because you're in the area for a class or visiting someone or even passing through, but I would NOT recommend it if it is your goal to have luxury.

Wrong place at the wrong time.
Bed was ok. very dusty on and around the bathroom mirror, floor very dusty. Reserved this room for couple, but they provide ONLY one towel. Front desk refused to give me a 2nd towel when I walk up to the front desk. All she tells me that they ran out of towel. But later on that evening. Someone did bring a towel. Very pool services.

The front service attendant complained that I used a hotel.com service to book my room complaining that you couldn't find it this at the other and then charge me a $50 deposit that I've yet to receive and it's been four business days when they say two to three business days will not stay there again

The motel was very close to the meeting I was attending. When I arrived the motel staff could not check me in. The desk clerk was very confused. After waiting 15 minutes with the desk clerk calling people for help to check me in, I left for my meeting. When I returned two hours later the same thing happened again.

It was your average hotel room for the price, affordable not overly updated or roach free. It was what we expected it to be before booking our stay and would book it again if our budget required. Not blown away by the experience but also not disappointed either/
