Charming B&B with excellent food and hospitality.Posted Mar 5, 2015
Staying at Hamilton House was a lovely experience. The rooms are decorated tastefully and have a modern southern flair that is enhanced by the hospitality provided by the owner, Tonya, whose breakfasts were fabulous. We plan on returning with family in the future so they too can enjoy Hamilton House's charm.

I travel to Monroe quite often for business. I have been eyeballing this place for a while looking for the opportune time to stay here. This time I was traveling alone and staying for an extended period of time so I decided to give it a shot. I could not be happier with my decision. If you do not mind not having the amenities offered by a hotel, this is the place for you. It is quiet (Room, neighborhood, etc.) and very comfortable. As long as I am traveling alone, I will look to stay here for all future visits to Monroe.

A must stay when visiting MonroePosted Feb 9, 2015
Super clean and well-appointed rooms! Host was incredibly friendly, courteous and helpful. Will stay here again when I visit Monroe later this month! Likely to bring my wife for a weekend getaway later in the spring.

Great place to lodgePosted Dec 11, 2014
Pros: The rustic look of the room.
Cons: Just a little more space, but I know we were in a smaller room.
Location: The location was very rustic looking. It was maybe in their downtown(not really sure).
It was really a breeze to reserve the room through Expedia. The inn keepers Tonya & her husband were very nice & responsive. We booked last minute so we ended up getting a smaller room which was fine. The next time we visit Monroe I would really like to stay in one of the larger rooms. I like the cook to order breakfast. We normally stay at a Embassy Suites hotel so I'm very spoil when it comes to cook to order breakfast. We had a really nice time.
