“Could Be Better”

The people at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is really in a great location and would be an excellent choice for families and business travelers. However, the carpet was very dirty. The hotel was recently remoded but it looked as if it needed some remodeling.

“Not impressed 10/1/08”

Room was dark & dingy. We had side by side rooms until we found the Comode didn't work in one of the rooms, they tried to repair, but still didn't work. After they move one of our rooms to the other end of the hall, they got the comode fixed. Some of the lights did not work. The door knob came off in my hand when a tried the ajoining room door. Coffee machine was set up in the late afternoon, but no coffee. No Regular coffee at breakfast. I asked the desk clerk, he looked at the machine, but we never did get regular coffee. But it was better than another motel in Monroe that I stayed in back in March.

“Completely Dissatisfied”

The hotel clerk who check us in was very friendly. When we got to our original room, we found it to be dirty, the clock was 1/2 hour off and the cable television didn't work b/c the cable outlet in the wall was almost all the way out. We called and the clerk immediately gave us another room which was slightly better (only slightly) as far as cleanliness. The clock was 1/2 hour off again. The TV worked but our last night there presented us with spiders and when we left early the next morning, we found a nice ugly spider in our bed! The overall condition of the hotel was old and deteriorating. We will never stay at this hotel or any Quality Inn chain hotel again! Gross!
