The wait staff was lazy got to my hotel room and the key didn't work. called the front desk and they said they were busy with customers to bring the new cards up. Went to the front desk and no customers. Just the cashier sitting there.

Pros: Location to Ann Arbor and Toledo.
Cons: Everything
We were very disappointed when we arrived to find out the spa had been filled in with concrete. The website has not been updated. The furniture was damaged. Table lamp fell apart when I was picking something up off the table part. The "heated" pool was cold! We asked the front desk attendant if there was a way to warm it up, the response was I wouldn't even know where to start! The hotel has been used and abused for so many years it shows it's age. We will not stay at this hotel again in the future.

I'm sorry you did not have a better experience during your recent stay with us. I feel bad when a guest leaves disappointed. When we decided to fill in the hot tub in the pool area, I personally made sure all of the booking websites were updated with that information. Expedia's site shows the new pictures with furniture in place of the hot tub and the hotel amenities have no reference to a hot tub with the indoor pool. The pool is kept at 84 degrees, which is well above the Monroe County Health Departments recommendation. Sometimes the heaters in the pool area have trouble keeping up when the outside temperature is around 0 degrees. We are working hard to make sure we improve the cleanliness and the condition of the guest rooms. We are adding new breakfast items soon. I hope you will decide to stay with us again and see how much we have improved since your last stay.

Pros: room/ was so nice
was fine until at 3 30AM started plowing the parking lot and running snowblower outside our window

I am sorry that the snow removal company spoiled your stay. We contract that service out and they were advised to start removal of the snow after 6 AM. You would think that would be common sense when working at a hotel. Once again...my apology.

We spent New Years Eve there for my youngest sons birthday. He loved the indoor pool!

Location was convenient. Town was quaint. We stayed 2 days and when they cleaned the first day, they missed the sinks. Imagine they don't feel the need to be so thorough when the same people are using room again and I am not a clean freak, but at home I would always wipe out the sink. That's the only thing that kept.me from rating all excellent. Good breakfast.

Clean comfortable beds

Nice indoor pools. Put us in a room next to a yapping dog so had to move. Make sure u ask for a quiet room not near dogs.

Really great price for the quality. This hotel is in a great location clean and comfortable. Hotel staff was friendly and very accommodating. Would definitely recommend this hotel. The only thing I would change is the breakfast menu. Biscuits and gravy both Saturday and Sunday. If you don't like biscuits and gravy 1 day is fine but not both. The breakfast lady was great though.

The staff was very nice, especially Derek the front desk attendant and the woman helping with breakfast the next morning! They were very nice to my children and helped us in any way possible! The room was clean and tidy as well!

Best Stay Yet in Dundee

Pros: Staff was GREAT, very accommodating. Will stay here from now on !
At check in the reception was excellent. The room was clean and a request to upgrade to a King Size bed was handled without concern. The continental breakfast was filling and they had a staff member on hand to make waffles for you! I stay in Dundee at least once a month and have now stayed in the 3 different hotels, we will be staying at Quality Inn from now on! Thank You!
