Property was clean, staff were friendly, helpful and courteous. The property is situated in an industrial estate and would be better suited for those that take a car on holiday. The mattresses were hard and we woke up with sore backs everyday.

It was a modern hotel and looked lovely. We didnt have the breakfast but it did look very nice. It has a seated patio area which we sat out in in the evening with a coffee.

The room was somewhat small for family of 4 but the sofa bed was more comfortable than expected. I wish the hotel had a lift, as I went with my elderly mother. The breakfast was lovely. Overall it was comfortable stay.

Covid stay
Friendly staff and clear Covid rules in place. Hotel was quiet for our 3 night stay. Room was cleaned each day (✓) but bed harder than I would have liked (X). Because of Covid, some of the room amenities had been removed (so no coffee!) but overall a better stay than expected

Convenient for metro and hence city centre
A ten minutes walk to the metro. Certainly appropriate as a bed stop for the Euro visit to the city. Prices put up for the period of this event for which the staff apologised! Very friendly and courteous staff who didn't laugh at our attempts to speak French! Merci

Very nice, good breakfast, safe parking
Great place to stay. Great breakfast. Very comfortable. The only downside was that there was no elevator and we were on the 3rd floor with some heavy bags. This wasn't an issue because the staff offered to help carry our bags up, but this might be a hard place for someone that has trouble climbing stairs.

Basic but pleasant hotel.
I chose this hotel because I'd left my booking rather late and needed to be able to get to the Grand Palais for a conference. The hotel is 10 mins' walk from the excellent Metro (Mairie de Mons station) and I could get to the Grand Palais in under 30 mins. I didn't have breakfast or any other meals at the hotel, so can't comment on those.

When I booked the hotel for our MG car club 13 rooms,I said I needed to have a restaurant on site for our evening meal,when I arrived I was told that the restaurant was closed ,we all had to get a taxi in to town at a cost of 30 euro per car for the return trip,this did spoil our last evening together.

disappointment .
our stay was ruined by group of people whom kept the whole night (from 1.00 am till 6.00 am ) shouting from their room and from out side the rooms, knocking on the doors and the walls, so we were deprived from the sleep. There was no person from the managment to complain to at that time to stop that, we reported that to the receiption in the morning when they were available. The reciptionicist are nice and helpful.

Handy for Belgium or downtown Lille
Excellent stay had at this hotel that is a 10 minute walk to the nearest Metro station into Lille and only 10 minutes by car to the Belgium border. We took in Brugge and Gent while staying here as well as Lille itself. The hotel is staffed by friendly and informative members of staff and the room, while functional, had a great bathroom (no worries about water pressure in the shower). Terrific value for money if you want to explore Belgium and Northern France on a budget.

Staff very helpful, spoke good English. Restaurant meals very good value-especially daily buffet + special but we were surprised that restaurant was not open on Friday night. Rooms clean but not all had coffee-making facilities. Free wifi was asset. We needed to remind staff at check-out that we had not had breakfast-seemingly automatically addded to bar bill.Overall very good basic two star accommodation.

Ne pas se fier à la description des chambres !
Hotel standard, bien pour une nuit. J'avais demandé, comme indiqué sur Hotels.com, une chambre avec baignoire et en arrivant il y avait une douche. À l'accueil, on m'a répondu qu'il n'y avait que des douches, alors que sur le site toutes les chambres bénéficient d'une baignoire.
