I wouldn’t stay here again.
It was fine but I wouldn’t stay here again. The outside is worn needs some work. The inside of the lobby area and dining room is dated as well. The rooms seem to be updated and are fine for one night. However the pool area needs a good cleaning. There were bugs and foliage all throughout the pool. It just looked dirty and prevented me from taking a swim on a very hot summer day. You also need to give a €5 deposit for a scratchy pool towel which o thought was exaggerated. The garden area is nice though and we’ll kept. The staff tries but there seems to be some newer untrained people because I called down to the front desk a few times and they always had to ask someone else. Even when asking about the check-out time. Finally I forgot my Apple lightning charger which is fairly expensive. I called the hotel and they found it. I asked if they could snail mail it to me and they just flat out said no. I’ve forgotten things at other Italian hotels and they sent them to me with no issues so I thought it was weird.

Very poor service
I have stayed at this hotel many times, but this was my first visit in about 3/4 years and it was awful. When we arrived we were told how young we looked and did we even have a credit card. Then confronted with a list of rules we had to sign. We then had to buy their towels as we weren't allowed our own by the pool. Our room had marks all over the walls and was a bit run down. But we smiled and let all that go, even when our room wasn't ready when we arrived. The next day we went to the pool and there were workers everywhere. When we went back to reception we were told the pool would be closed for the next two days for a wedding. There was no apology. We should have at least been told about this when we arrived, but really when we booked, not after we had already paid for towels. The whole point of our stay was the pool. The lady at the desk said she would talk to her manager, but for the rest of our stay we were just ignored by everyone, because they knew we weren't happy. I wouldn't have come away so mad about the pool if they hadn't handled it in such a disrespectful way. I used to recommend this hotel to friends and family, but never again.

kind host. Sorry but I think there was a misunderstanding. If he is our guest for 4 years, there will be a reason. Our colleague didn't want to be offensive. To say that young people are not offensive at all is rather a compliment. you arrived at 1:30 pm and the room was assigned to you at 2pm or in our normal check-in time (it is also written on our website that the check-in is from 2pm) in any case we made you sit in the our lobby is cool with air conditioning and we also offered you a coffee that was not accepted by you. The pool then you used the first day, we are sorry for the inconvenience but there is written on our site that on some days it may not be usable

Great hotel with art deco vibe and large rooms with beautiful views on Monselice castel. Very clean and great breakfast.

Sayed in room 107. Very dated room. Worst thing was the incessant, loud talking on the floor from before 6am. I think it could have been a cleaner - but could have been a noisy guest. Either way, this hotel was not my cup of tea.

Amazing
This place is Amazing because of the outstanding service the front desk staff offers. Francesco is absolutely the best! Goes out of his way to suggest visits, find out information, ask you about your day. Truly amazing! This was a hub for our family vacation where we had booked 5 rooms and everyone agreed it was great bargain for the price!

Intimacy of an Inn
Hotel staff was amazing! They took care of me from the beginning - from helping me to the parking lot to recommending a perfect restaurant and upgrading me to a newly renovated (stunning!) room. Breakfast was the best I have had in Italy so far in a business friendly hotel because of gluten free organic options and juicer to make carrot apple juice.

Backroad to Venice
Upscale hotel for the area, but somewhat dated. comfortable and very clean. We wanted a non tourist stopover outside of Venice, about 45 min on the autostrada from Venice. Plenty of restaurants in the area, very good free breakfast and free internet and parking.

the hotel was very spacious and comfortable and the staff were extremely helpful, however it was some distance from the town centre and railway station, no taxis available, so had to ring the hotel for assistance, they arranged for us to be picked up and taken back to the railway station, so okay in the end, rather daunting for someone who does not know the ropes

The staff made all the difference...excellent. Dinner and complementary buffet breakfast very good. Grounds and dining room lovely...4 star. They even let us park our car in the garage 5 nights while we went to Venice, for a VERY reasonable fee. Easy 20 minute walk to train station through a nice small town. (We dropped luggage at station with one of us, drove back and parked car...walked to station) Would rate comfort higher but for the bed...very hard mattress hurt hips. (Sleep on side)

A Bad Blue Dream
The hotel has clean rooms which are generally spacious but the room door even when closed seems to "leak" noise so you can hear people moving down the hall. The breakfast is very poor, no orange juice, no bottled water and the cold ham and cheese are quite frankly disgusting. There is a swimming pool outside but the upkeep of the area around the pool needs to improve and the water has a lot of chlorine. At lunch time we were kept waiting an hour after having ordered because the hotel owner had a party of people as guests and the staff were told to serve the owners first!! Not really my idea of hospitality. How this hotel gets a rating of 8.2 out of 10 on some hotel reviews I have seen is beyond my understanding, it deserves 5,5 or 6 at most.

Nothing blue about this hotel.
The Blue Dream is in Monselice which is a great place to launch your Venice adventures from as it has free parking at the rail link as well as the hotel. The hotel itself provided us with a fantastic room, great staff, good brekkie and very nice food. The restaurant is a must with it's sense of style and great waiting staff plus of course good food. This place is a mustand we rate it one of our best stays in 5 weeks of travelling Italy.

Blue Dream hotel in Monselice
Nice modern hotel with excellent room and helpful staff at a reasonable rate, and even a swimming pool. Make sure you also visit the castle in Monselice and next-door restaurant 'Al Castello' . All 3 highly recommended

A Great Place to Stay
We stayed here for 2 nights. They were offering a good deal on Hotels.com. We were not expecting much, but were pleasantly surprised by very large and clean rooms with balcony, plus nice breakfast included in price. The pool was refreshing and the landscaping quite beautiful. Staff very helpful and spoke English. Just off the main freeway, so easy location to get to. Town of Monselice is incredibly charming. They were doing a medival festival when we arrived and it was a wonderful experience. Would stay here again and recommend to others.

Just what we were looking for rest and relaxation after visiting Venice and Rome. Staff very helpful. Quality of food was excellent and pool delightful. Good bus service back to Marco Polo Airport. Value for money was very good.

A great hotel for Veneto and Fruili (with parts under renovation)
We just returned from our four-day stay in Blue Dream Hotel which has great access to large parts of Veneto and Fruili. Monselice itself is a delightful little old town worth the trip right around the corner. Hotel Ceffri, as it was previously known, is under renovation carrying both the charm of its oldself and the conveniences of its contemporary. We were initially given a room that was not as good looking as in the pictures (nor their own website) but they handled our request to switch very elegantly and expediently. With an extremely friendly and attentive staff, we felt very much at home and welcomed. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Trovo la struttura più che buona. Unica perplessità sta nel fatto che avendo avuto un contrattempo improvviso ho dovuto slittare di un giorno il mio pernottamento. Mi sembra assurdo che non mi venga rimborsata la prenotazione cancellata e debba pagare di nuovo la camera. Ho chattato con Expedia per richiedere il rimborso ma mi hanno detto che la decisione spetta all'hotel. Non capisco....in fondo il mio soggiorno è avvenuto la notte successiva! Gli imprevisti accadono, è un modo per mostrarsi disposti ad aiutare il cliente!

Gentile cliente, troviamo ingiusta e scorretta la sua recensione in quantoquando lei conferma tramite il portale i termini di cancellazioni sono scritti chiaramente dove lei sa chiaramente entro quando puo' cancellare o disdire.Le assicuro che rispetto ad altri alberghi la nostra politica di cancellazione è tra le migliori in assoluto ossia lei può cancellare o modificare senza penale la sua prenotazione fino a mezzogiorno del giorno antecedente all'arrivo; non trova corretto che una struttura seria ed organizzata addebiti a un cliente consapevole dei termini di cancellazione? Se lei prenota un volo e decide di cancellare/slittare secondo lei glielo rimborsano??

We were with a colleague and were disappointed by our stay at this hotel. We had a very bad experience with the dinner and before our departure I informed the manager of the hotel, they offered to reduce the price of the invoice. I don't recommend to stay there until: - the refurbishment of the hotel and -they find someone able to cook
