Tremblant is awesome!

Best location. View of village would have been nice. Great amenities and services. The pillows were not as great as the bed and linens. Improve??? Food in the village was just average or worse, a little disappointing. Of course very expensive too! For some reason the staff at the hotel and in the village did not want to recommend any of the places. Hmmm... Have to drive far, otherwise.

Suite had dirty and chipped walls and cupboards, as well as a fair punt of dust on light fixtures. it's not something I'm accustom to when staying at fairmont hotels.

Summer Getaway

Pros: The place runs like a well oiled machine.
Location: Great location with the pedestrian village and all activities right at your doorstep.
Stayed for a short getaway in July. We were immediately impressed by how attentive and efficient the staff were at getting us checked in and settled in our room. The decor of the place is starting to look a little dated but that is a minor concern given that everything is otherwise clean and well kept.

Amazing staff always smiling, constantly greeting you as you come or go! I enjoyed my stay & would recommend this hotel to others.

Great hotel chain and great location at tremblant. Neighbors were extremely loud. Woke us up. Otherwise we had a great time

Well done!! We had a great stay. The outdoor pools were amazing and the staff very pleasant. It was neat to see the hill luge out our window as people of all ages rode down the hill. Excellent to be so close to the action at tremblant.

Not for the pool nor quietness

Minuscule and crowded pool. Room with a view on the parking is noisy and loud noises from the corridor

Good service, a bit dated.

Very professional service but the rooms have small windows and no wifi. Decent and comfortable bed. Hallways and common areas are a bit dated. No balconies in the summer and deck space / privacy is very limited.

Nice but not a 4 star hotel! GHOST TOWN

Pros: Location
Cons: Bigger pool, updated Hotel, and more entertainment.
The pool has limited space and the hotel itself is a little dated. There is nothing to do in the hotel so you must go out to eat. We stayed in mid July and the town was a ghost town. You cannot stay longer than 2-3 days because there is nothing to do. If you do your research you can stay when there is a festival in town but without something like that going on during the weekends the town is empty. 15% IS NOT THE TIPPING RATE! Do not get fooled by waiters their not payed through tips they have their own salary. 3% is the normal. The food is great at all the restaurants but very expensive along with all the stores.

It is most concerning to see that you found the village to be quiet during July as most festivals are running during this time with the Canada day festivities, Blues festival followed by the Rhythm Tremblant. It is truly regrettable that our concierge was unable to assist you with activities as the list of things to do is endless. As for the service charge, please note that the recommended service charge is indeed of 15%. The 3% that you are referring to might be the resort association fee of 3% applied on goods and services on the entire resort. I wish to extend my apologies as perhaps you were misinformed.
