Great hotel!

We had a great experience, I took my wife there for her birthday and everything went wonderful. The rooms were spotless and the staff was really warm and welcoming.

Great Location and Value in the village

Pros: Breakfast is amazing!
Cons: Towels by the hot tub. There were none when we were ready to leave!
Location: snowboarding, Skiing, snowtubing, ice skating, the village, food, activities
The Breakfast at Holiday Inn Express is amazing. If you're traveling here, pack for lunch and dinner instead. The hotel staff are friendly and the location is convenient. I stayed here in December and returned because I had a great experience.

Hotel a trembant

Pros: Confort et proximite de tout
Cons: Piscine chauffe pour l hiver
Location: Ski bonne bouffe , raquette,traineau a chiens,et boutique
Tres bel hotel et tres propre au pied des piste avec garage int. 15.00$ cela en vaut la peine beaucoup de resto ,cafe et boutique

Nice Hotel Well Located

Pros: Newly renovated. Nice rooms. Excellent Breakfast. Very attentive staff that are both helpful & knowledgable about the area.
Cons: I suggest putting coat racks in the rooms to hang ski jackets, pants etc.
Location: Location is excellent in the heart of the village & close to ski lifts, restaurants & shopping.
Enjoyed our stay very much. Nice size room. Excellent Breakfast included although busy on week-ends. A bit noisy on the week-end as well. Very easy commute to the lifts via the Cabriolet. Restaurants right outside the door.

Weak weak service.... good location I guess.

Hotel is in a decent location at the bottom of the village but other than taht has nothing going for it. We stayed over the New Years holiday, but the service was terrible, the reservation had 2 rooms and we requested adjoining; ended up on seperate floors. We weren't able to check in till after 445pm. The breakfast area is way to small to service all the guests and the way understaffed--frequently out of food. The housekeeping staff was horrible and never replenished toiletries. We even had to call 3 times and finally go to the front desk to get toilet paper....toilet paper. Lastly we were double charged for the rooms by the hotel when we had paid months in advance and after calling twice it took them 5 days to correct the $1000s of dollars of incorrect charges.

Breakfast was included but the great room where they had it was a bit of a gong show. One poor attendant trying to keep up with hoardes of people. Shortages on everything.
