“Great location”
The location is perfect as it is located at the Mont-Tremblant resort. The room was comfortable and adequately furnished. It had a microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine. The hotel provided a package of excellent coffee on a daily basis. The mattress was very uncomfortable. The management was unable to provide us with another room (or mattress) because the hotel was booked. The solution was to turn it over which helped. Supposedly all the mattresses had been replaced in the spring. This one must have been defective! The pillows were lumpy and the blankets extremely well used -- I should say worn. Over all it was fine for a short stay. It's a good place to spend a few night if your expectations are not set too high as it needs to be "refreshed."
“Not Ipmpressed”
as in most (some) reviews her,e people talk about smell, well gess what it does smell, plus i would say 70% are under age kids drinking. We(my husband and i) went sking and it was kind of expensive $75 for a lift ticket plus rental, again not cheap at all considering they had no snow for a week and most of the slopes were covered with ice. This is my own opinion and it is based on us traveling around the world. Best Regards
“Dirty, smelly, old and poorly maintained”
The room was non-smoking, however it had a terrible cigarrette smell. The carpets in the corridor were stained, walls were dirty. The parking garage smelled like rotten garbage. On the positive side, the receptionist was very friendly and helpful.
“Very impressed”
The people at the front desk were very friendly when we wanted to upgrade our room. They did everything possible and gave us a great rate as well.
