Besides the location being extremely nearby our destination, the hotel was terrible. Check in was excellent. Front desk agent was nice and friendly. Forgot his name. The room was dirty. There was a stain on the bed sheets, luckily we had two beds. The shower was broken, drain was very slow. Water filled up to my ankles. The mattress was awful! Hard as a rock. Woke up with back pain. For paying a discount price ..... I still paid too much for this hotel room. Not at all Quality! A. Gomez

Hotel was okay; the room smelled damp. It was close to the 5 freeway. I would not stay here again.

Location: Industrial location.
After spending a dreadful night at the Budget Inn, this place was a mansion. Very clean, comfortable and maintained. Loud bar downstairs but couldnt hear it at all in my room so that was good. Will return

Pros: It was clean inside the room and had a good shower head, fridge, and micro for $85 a night on holiday weekend.
Cons: Shouldn't have to wait until you get a complain to fix a toilet, AC, offer a discount, and apology, or a new room.
Location: Wen't to La Barca restaurant and OMG had the best Mexican food! Very clean restaurant and great prices. I think it was in Downey.
We arrived on Labor day weekend on a saturday night (room 114) at approx. 11pm. Checked in and we all off course needed to use the restroom. Restroom was fine on the first flush, second flush it was clogged up. We called them and informed them and someone came in with a plunger and "Fixed it". At around midnight the same thing happened, we called again, he came in and again "fixed it". At around 2am, same thing happened. I didn't bother to call but called at 8am to request a new room. They were all booked and told me they didn't have a room available untila after noon. They ended up moving us to a different room (room 221) and when we turned on the AC it wasn't working. We called and had to wait about an hours to get the whole unit removed and replaced. Meanwhile, we left the hallway door opened to let the cooler air in. It was a dissapointing experience, however I highly doubt anyone else will run into the same problems.

The only thing that bother us was the flies in the room. The location was perfect for us, it was located in the industrial area which was not far away from our destinations. They have free buffet style breakfast from 6:30 - 9:30. Checking in & out was fast. Will stay there again.

We couldn't take a shower because there was not hot water. I called front desk to letting them knowand and nobody answer the phone. I went in person, nobody was attending the front desk later the guy said he couldn't help me

Location: Only a gas station.
The staff are not friendly at all, when I asked for someone to help us with our bags they told as to use the cart by ourselves, the water in the bathroom has a strange color i don't think its filtered, nothing in this hotel is good. The carpet in the rooms smells bad. I will say it its the worst hotel I've ever been to.
