Great Jamaican Holiday!!Posted Mar 24, 2014
Pros: Food, drinks, and service. If you sign up for their reward program, you can go to their sister resort- Sans Souci- for the day at no cost.
Cons: The hotel is old, but well maintained. We found a cockroach in our room, which was the only negative.
Location: Make sure to make use of the snorkelling, windsailing, and catarmaran...they are all included! Dunns River Falls is included and is fantastic!
Food was fantastic. The resort is clean and the service is great!

Excellent and All inclusive means - all inclusive!Posted Mar 19, 2014
Pros: Just about everything
Cons: The shopping trip was a bit disappointing in that we were taken to an organised gated area and greatly "encouraged" to spend money
Location: We didn't go outside the resort - perfectly happy with everything within - especially the island
Impressed by the selection of premium label drinks, the wonderful cocktails, the friendly and helpful staff, the excellent restaurants, the brilliant entertainment on stage, the excursions offered (also included - as were the water sports)

Awesome resort!Posted Mar 9, 2014
My wife and I stayed for six nights from March 2nd to the 8th. The resort is very well maintained aesthetically and lots of staff made sure the beach and every stray leaf was picked up. I can't say enough good things about the wait staff especially Paul, Terry, Conway and Kendrick! The front desk and guest services weren't as friendly. Over all it was fantastic and I'd go back again - the other guests were the best group and every day was a blast!

AMAZING RESORTPosted Mar 5, 2014
Pros: Clean, welcoming, accommodating, relaxing, fun, beautiful, beyond our expectations.
Cons: NA- we loved everything!
Location: Dunn River Falls is a must, as is the catamaran cruise. When we return, we hope to go to Blue Mountain (AMAZING coffee)!
My husband and I have never had such a relaxing, beautiful vacation together. The hotel is clean and welcoming, with some of the most delicious meals I've eaten. Being a gluten-free vegetarian, I was nervous traveling somewhere without knowing what foods would be available. I wish I had access to the veggie bar everyday at home, too! The staff could not be more friendly. The entire resort exudes a calm, friendly elegance. The grounds are beautiful, and with the wide variety of activities, pools, bars, entertainment, etc, there's no reason to leave. We didn't want to leave! We will definitely be coming back, and actually met several couples who had returned several times already. Thank you, Couples, for the amazing vacation! We even brought home amazing pictures of the two of us, thanks to your very talented photographers.

Beautiful, quiet, private beach.Posted Mar 5, 2014
This is a perfect place to relax and enjoy a true all inclusive deal. The food was great! Very vegetarian and vegan friendly. Also a wide array of meats. Must try the jerk chicken! The staff wanted to always make sure we had everything we needed...shout out to Byron and Curtis, mon! We would definitely go back!

Amazing stayPosted Mar 3, 2014
Pros: staff, water activities, food, variety of alcohol
Cons: They really need to update the rooms, they don't fit with the feel of the rest of the hotel. At the very least, update the tile in the bedrooms
My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at Couples Tower Isle. We made full use of the facilities - scuba diving, sail boats, booze cruise, etc and enjoyed everyone one of them, except for Dunns falls. Which is nothing more than a VERY slow walk through a river uphill when there is a chance of the person in front of you taking out your legs. Trust me don't do it!

We had a great week at Couples Tower Isle and would recommend it to friends, with one exception. We were traveling with a group of three couples and one never made it due to a blizzard. Unfortunately that couple is still struggling to get a refund. Read the fine print before you pay in full/in advance.

Pleasant resortPosted Feb 27, 2014
Pros: The exceptionally friendly staff, the food and plentiful drinks.
Cons: The wi-fi signal was weak, although I didn't mind too much not checking my work e-mails regularly.
Location: There are sights nearby, but we never left the resort. It is 1.5 hours from the Montego Bay airport, but the drive was interesting.
Great stay, and way too short! The resort may be older, but we loved the classic feel of it. The rooms were simple and clean (the TV was very nice, but we hardly turned it on). The food was plentiful and very good. I loved the healthy options at the Veggie Bar! Lots of activities and excursions to choose from, and we were never bored. The best of all was the friendly and responsive staff. They made our stay exceptional!

Nice hotel.Posted Feb 27, 2014
Pros: Activities, food was awesome.
Cons: Music on the beach during the day. Improve beach bar service.
Location: Location was restrictive. Couldn't walk anywhere. Dunn river falls nearby.
Hotel was nice. Some of the staff in the service areas (buffet, bar) weren't very motivated. Eight rivers was an excellent experience. Great staff and food. Beach was nice though very small. Activities were well done and plentiful. Resort lacked music on the beach during the day. Night entertainment was good.
