Perfect from minute one!

Posted Jan 9, 2015
We arrived at Couples Tower Isle in the middle of the resorts New Year's Eve Celebration. After we checked into our room and freshened up after a day of traveling, we went downstairs to the celebration. Immediately the resort staff went overboard to locate a table for us. They went thru the international buffet and brought us food and drinks. They put our table on what was to become the front row of the New Year's Eve band celebration. Instead of feeling left out, we felt like we were old friends who were welcomed home. Every day was a relaxing, enjoyable event. We never ran into a grumpy or disgruntled staff member. We relaxed as much as we wanted and we played as much as we wanted. The food was Five-Star Plus! We will return. I'm not sure what the other weeks at Couples Resort Tower Isle are like, but New Year's Week is a blast!

Couples Tower Isle is paradise!

Posted Jan 6, 2015
Location: Dunns River Falls is a must.
My fiance and I had a terrific time at couples tower isle. The food was excellent and the staff was very accommodating-- anything you might want they will arrange for you. We spent NYE here and they went absolutely above and beyond, putting out a feast and putting on a good time. We are dreaming of being back on the beautiful beach, soaking in the sun as we decide whether we should go do water sports, volleyball, get a drink at the swim-up bar, etc. Tough decisions! We loved every minute of it.

Beautiful Time!

Posted Jan 6, 2015
Pros: The beach and all of the activities. The room was super comfortable and pretty; very nice bed and balcony overlooking pool, beach/ocean.
Cons: The breakfast offered at the Patio Restaurant each morning left a bit to be desired. They had lots of choices but nothing was really cooked/made well.
Location: Location is about 1.5hrs drive from airport. The grounds and beach are gorgeous. Tons of water sports and other activities all included in stay.
My husband and I were only able to go on a very short honeymoon after our wedding because of my husbands business so we had planned to go on a real one when work allowed, right after Christmas. This place was amazing and totally worth the wait. We definitely picked the right place! The beach and grounds were gorgeous and offered just the right variety of activities so that your never bored and always have the opportunity to do something special with your partner. We had a great time and I can't imagine us having a better time anywhere else. We snorkeled, went on catamaran cruise, and climbed Dunn's River Falls... all of those things were included! We were both really impressed and enjoyed it all! The food wasn't our favorite part of the stay but the good really blows away the "not-so-good" here and the staff was all really friendly and nice. We are hoping to come back again. We really had the best honeymoon here!

Excellent beach-front all-inclusive resort

Posted Jan 4, 2015
Pros: The food, drinks, excursions, water activities, beach, pools, New Year's Eve party
Cons: The mid-evening entertainment (6-10 pm) is not very interactive, but is nice to listen to music with drinks.
Location: The excursions included by the hotel are excellent, but onsite you can book dolphin swim and other activities.
My wife and I stayed for 2 weeks for our 10th wedding anniversary (we were both 31 at the time). It was a wonderful time and we can't recommend it enough. From the moment we arrived, they took the best care of us. The hotel room is nice but nothing much extra. The beach is secluded, so there is no worrying about external people trying to sell you stuff. Staff will bring you drinks on the beach and around the pools. The water activities are included in the all-inclusive (sailing, wind surfing, hydrobikes, sea kayaks, snorkeling, and Discover Scuba). The food is amazing and each of the restaurants has a different flair and style. We would recommend planning which nights you want to eat at the 8 Rivers and Bay Side before you arrive, so you can book your reservations with the concierge as soon as you arrive. 8 Rivers has a cocktail/formal dress code and is a 5 course meal from a menu. Bay Side is Asian fusion with semiformal dress code and is located over the water. The Veranda restaurant requires no reservation and no dresscode. The Patio Buffet is excellent with no dress code and a great buffet. We were there for Christmas and New Years...the New Years Eve party and celebration were amazing and the really well done. We also loved the catamaran and Duns River excursions. All the staff are helpful and friendly. The couples atmosphere is great with no kids or singles.

Nice, private resort.

Posted Dec 31, 2014
Pros: Nice layout and very comfortable.
Cons: The air conditioner in the room did not work very well. It was more along the lines of a fan.
Location: Lot's of off site activities with shuttles going to them daily.
My wife and I went between Christmas and New Years and had an excellent time in our brief stay. There were a lot of activities, both on and off resort, with the staff being excellent and very accommodating.

Amazing All-Inclusive Place

Posted Dec 30, 2014
This was our first time at an all-inclusive resort. This resort has now set our expectations really high and we will compare our future stays at all-inclusive places to our stay here between Dec 21 and Dec 25th. Right from welcoming us in the lounge at the airport (MBJ) to the included bus ride from airport to hotel to the actual facilities, everything was just great. The entire staff was very kind, helpful and willing to do anything and everything to make our stay super comfortable. The rooms were super clean with great views. The food (buffet as well as the fine dining restaurants - 8 Rivers, Bayside), the open bar was top notch. They had organized a lot of things during our stay to keep the guests entertained (manager's cocktail hour, beach bonfire, christmas celebrations, jazz night). All of this made our stay super memorable and we look forward to coming back here again.

Great getaway.

Posted Dec 29, 2014
Pros: Food Drinks Staff Clean Service
Location: At first the two hour drive from the airport to the hotel seemed a bit much but after we got there, it was certainly worth the trip.
We were looking for a new place that was a step above the rest and found it here. I know we will return one day soon. It was one of the best vacation getaways we have ever taken! The hotel and staff went over and above and that all day free room service was great!

Staff was very nice and helpful. They had good variety of fruits and food. The themed dinner nights were awesome. Free WiFi and airport shuttle was good to have.
