This resort has the best food, service, and amenities compared to many other resorts in the region. There are so many activities included that time just flies. Wonderful resort.

Couples Tower Isle all inclusive resort for adults

Posted Oct 22, 2014
Pros: Delicious food and drinks, airport transfer, no tipping policy, friendly staff, clean, comfortable, free wifi, cozy and private beach, shallow pool
Cons: Hotter water temperature in hot tubs but that's just my preference
Location: 2 hrs from Sangster airport, 15 mins from Dunns Rivers Falls. Shopping and Margaritaville excursions. Lots of water activities.
After a 2 hr ride from the airport, upon arrival, we were greeted with cold cloths and drinks and the reception staff set the tone for a cheerful, carefree stay which was reinforced by all the other staff throughout our stay. Go to the gift shop and charge the souvenirs to your room, it's a less stressful and more enjoyable shopping experience. Every day, we saw the grounds staff rake the lawns & beach and clean the pools, the cleaning staff washing the floors, our room was cleaned and bed made every day and turn down service was available nightly. Our deluxe garden room was comfortable and the hanging bars on the private balcony were convenient for hanging wet swimming suits. We spent most of our days at the cozy, private beach and main pool with the waterfall. The hot tubs weren't very hot but still soothing. The wait and serving staff at the Patio buffet restaurant, Eight Rivers & Bayside restaurants were very attentive and courteous. I made numerous trips to the veggie bar and smoothie bar at the Patio restaurant for countless coconut water followed by cracking of said coconut to devour the delicious flesh and the chefs were always friendly and accommodating. The food was first rate and so tasty that we ate all the time and came home with a few extra pounds. We've never felt so catered too and pampered. We can't wait to go back.

Great place to stay and very comfortable. Good included activities and good food. Entertainment in the evenings could have been better, the piano bar was great. Very friendly staff and everyone was eager to help. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to have a relaxing stay in a beautiful location.

Awesome Trip! Will go back!

Posted Oct 19, 2014
Pros: The staff, beach, food are all awesome! The pools are open late, and the staff is super laid back.
Cons: Nothing
Location: Location is a long drive from MoBay (2hrs), but Dunn river and Mystic Mountain are about 15 min away.
This hotel is an awesome place to stay. My wife and I have stayed at many all-inclusive places, and this is one of the best we have experienced. The food is awesome(although eating at the Veranda can take some time), The buffet is awesome and the food excellent! The beach is clean, and sandy with some coral/rocks to snorkel at just a few yards off shore. The staff is super friendly and will help you out with just about anything. The island is fun, (although it is small) and the pool there can get a bit crowded! It is a good time though despite its size. The watersports are all included and the staff is very helpful when asked. Dunns River and a catamaran sail are included as well and are a must! We cannot wait to go back!

Beautiful hotel with ocean view

Posted Oct 17, 2014
Pros: I love that the resort provides a lot of activities for free.
Cons: I would've love to see some kind of Mexican food.
Location: The location was great. We went to the Dunn's Water fall wish was 10 min away. Mystic tour which was maybe 15 min and a boat party which was fun
I rate my experience 100% satisfied. Because the service and the activities provided by the resort was amazing. Now I could see why people were telling us why they come back so many times and never leave the resort.

Pros: Free excursions, friendly hotel staff and plenty of activities.
Cons: The room service, specifically the mini bar service. Twice we ordered drinks and never received them.
Location: Dunn's River falls was excellent.
We had a great time! The resort was very clean but could use some updating especially the our room and bathroom. Although we normally don't care too much about the rooms they were a little scary. The pools really needed to be cleaned as well they were usually dirty and moldy. The excursions which were included were great. The staff were some of the nicest people I have met. I never was bored and my wife had a great time at the nudest island which we didn't think we would do. But after a few drinks we didn't care. Plus the pool/swim up bar and the lunches the brought were excellent. Overall it was fun time.

Absolutely loved it. The ride to and from the resort is fairly long but very much worth it. We want to go again.

Great vacation but the entertainment went downhill

Posted Sep 14, 2014
Pros: The property is in really good shape considering its age. The swim up bar in the new pool is a nice improvement.
Cons: The entertainment staff needs to concentrate more on the guests. This has gone down considerably since our last trip. The massage was very poor.
Location: Included activities: wind surf, water ski, snorkel, kayak, catamaran, scuba, glass bottom boat, shop, climb Dunn's River falls, water trike
This was our second trip to Couples Tower Isle. We were there prior to the remodel and wanted to go back to see what had changed. It was a great time. The weather didn't always cooperate but we even enjoyed the rain as it cooled things off. Pros: The food was much better than last time we were there. We ate at every restaurant, grill and buffet available with the exception of the veggie bar. All the food ranged from very good to excellent (on the all inclusive scale). The drinks were poured with a very heavy hand and they had a great variety with the daily specials. The bartenders and servers were very attentive. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The a/c was great with the added bonus of a ceiling fan. The included excursions were very fun and gave a good variety of choices. Cons: On our last visit, the entertainment staff was what we were most impressed with. This time there were a couple of good ones but the reset were more interested in having fun together than with us. Also, there was only one night of really good entertainment. We were very unimpressed with the messages. We normally have 3-4 spa services during a week trip but our first one ruined that for us.
