“Jamaica trip”

All the staff were very freindly as we only stayed there for three nights but I miss every one of them. They made this trip very comfortable for me and my girl freind and I would like to go back to the same hotel soon. The only dis appointment I had was that I was charged for transportation from and to the airport $16.00 each way that was suppose to be a part of my agreement that everything was to be included. Also my return flight asked me to check in one of the two carry on loggage and charged me $25.00. I did not have any choice in both conditions but paying since I was in a strange land and did not want any arguments. I thougth to bring this to Expedia's attention since I have used your services before and have been a satisfied customer untill now.

“Great Vacation”

The service at Wild Orchid was excellent. I arrived early and to my great surprise the room was ready and they even prepared a beautiful birthday sign. The staff were very pleasant and always made themselves available when you needed any type of assistance. The restaurants were great; especially the French restaurant. The resort was very beautiful and it was a pleasure to receive service all day long while at either the pool or beach. I enjoyed the jerk chicken provided each day as well as the coconuts and pineapples available while lounging at the pool or beach. The drinks were outstanding.

“Awesome!!”

Just got back from a 5 night stay at Secrets Wild Orchid! I really can’t say enough about this place! We have stayed at many all-inlcusives in Jamaica and Mexico- and Secrets has raised the bar! To begin with, the ride from the airport is only 15- 20 minutes which is awesome compared to the 2 hour ride to Ochos Rios or Negril! You are warmly greeted and offered a drink as soon as you walk in the door. We got there around 12ish and our room wasn’t ready- so we went and had a drink and some lunch. I had requested a room above the 2nd floor. I had also mentioned to Kevin at the front desk that we were celebrating my birthday- I don’t know what kind of strings he pulled, but he personally escorted us to our room- which was an absolutely beautiful room on the 4th floor with an ocean front view and great view of the pool. I really couldn’t have picked out a better room. That set the tone for the whole trip! We loved the food at every restaurant we ate... the rest of my review is on tripadvisor- But all in all, it is a GREAT place! You won't be disappointed!

“Wonderful Jamaican Experience!! No worries Mon...”

Our experience was amazing! The room was wonderful, the food was great, and most of all the staff was very friendly and accomodating. I have been to several carribean countries and stayed at all-inclusive resorts, and this by far was the most pleasurable experience I had...I would definitely go back and recommend this resort to all my family and friends!

Love the place. Best all inclusive I've been to. We went last year and returned and stayed longer this year. Will probably go again next year!

“Great place for a romantic getaway!”

Beautiful resort, close to the airport, great service, extremely nice rooms...lots to like. The bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I've ever slept in. The only downside was that the food, for the most part, was underwhelming. The French and Japanese restaurants were okay though, and the jerk chicken they served at the beach was fantastic. The drinks were always good, and the fact that they have all day beach and pool waitstaff to get drinks is really nice. Lots of activities if you're looking for fun, but you can opt to just lay in the sun and hit the spa if you just want to relax.

“AMAZING,FANTASTIC, OUTSTANDING!”

This place was AMAZING! We would absolutely stay here again. Everything was great and we loved every minute. Secrets really goes out of their way to help you have a great trip. It is worth the extra money to stay on the preferred side, super relaxing. Secrets really caters to couples and newly weds.

Great staff who makes you feel safe the entire trip. Very clean and NEW, new rooms, new pools, new activities everyday, everything was kept new and exciting.

I rarely write reviews but this facility exceeded my expectations by a mile. The resort was beautiful, the food was devine and the staff made everyone feel special. While it was not an inexpensive vacation it was worth every penny and priced fairly for the services they provided.
