Pros: good food... good room, great beach and pools.
Cons: hand and body soap in the bathroom
Location: dunns river falls not far away, shopping area and lots of stuff not too far away.
room was fine.. great beach, pools and facilities. However, there was no soap in the shower !!!

Cons: Looking forward to the new and renovated upcoming Moon Places.
Location: Jamaican Tours was also very professional.
Very nice hotel, staff and everyone was polite. Looking forward to visit again.

Great Vacation

Pros: Loved all the pools, beach area, sailing, kayaking and snorkeling. Enjoyed the restaurants and easy time making reservations. Red stripe!
Cons: The rooms need updating, but renovations are pending. All waterslides should be open all day. Laundry tokens AND soap should be sold at guest services
Location: Great for the Blue Hole, rafting and Dunn's River. Easy walk to the shops and safe to walk around with the family. Negotiate the prices!
We just returned from our vacation and had a wonderful time. Great value for the cost. The kids enjoyed themselves at the pool, waterslides, snorkeling and kayaking. Bring beach balls or water toys for the kids. The drinks are not top shelf liquor, but I wasn't expecting it. No tipping was expected from the staff. The staff was very friendly and were hard workers. Food was good, but on day 7 was a little repetitive so off to the restaurants on the resort. Yummy! Nice change of pace. The elevators were a minor issue, but we expected it. Sometimes it was quicker to go up first before going down. The busiest times were between 9-10 am which is the end of breakfast and typical time for people to check out as it is a two hour ride to the airport. The foosball table needs to be replaced and new paddles/balls are needed for the ping pong tables. Did not use the kids club as the kids wanted to hang out with us. We enjoyed the evening entertainer while eating up until 10pm. We could hear him in the South tower, but not a big deal. Did not party at night too tired from the daily activities. Expected lots of mosquitos, but almost a non issue. I wish I would have known about the photographer as we would have him take more pictures of the family on the resort, but we did get one real nice one.

A pleasant stay

Pros: The open area as you arrive at the hotel with the tropic breeze bolwing and the warm sunshine. This Hotel is clean
Cons: The dining room staff needs to remove the used utencils more promptly especially at breakfast. this is at the Jamaica breakfast
Location: Excellent place to stay nearby soo many attractions and I walked and shopped by myself without an incident.
We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The service was fairly good. The dining room can use more staff. We had to waite for someone too long when you aks for something, they did not remove the used plates as quickly as before when I visited there, I have being there several times and they can improve on the arrival of guest with a more visible welcoming approach. Not too bad but this area needs to be improved. We love this Hotel and we felt safe there, there is no doubt about that. We enjoyed the Show time every nite we had fun. We really had a good and memorable stay there. The function for the returened guests I think was a very good idea we had a nice reception and dinned in style. I also met many people from other foreign countries and everyone was sociable.

Run down!

Very old and run down resort. Dirty musty and humid rooms, pool area dirty and run, empty cups and plates left out for hours. Food cold and bland! WiFi suck, alcohol drinks weak and nasty. Warm beer and wine. Who serves warm white wine!!! The list goes on and on. U get what u pay for. I will never stay here.

Pros: This hotel has potential to be a great place if managed right.
Cons: EVERYTHING...Definately in need of a major overhaul. Need waiter/waitress service on the beach, better food selection, a more enthusiastic staff.
Location: Great location, near Dunns River Falls.
Wish I would have known the hotel was closing down in a few weeks and getting a major renovation. What a disappointment is all I can say. Dirty floors, stained carpets, terrible service and/or no service at all. Sofa's in lobby were worn and torn, awful, just awful. Elevators were the WORST!!!!

Location: Ocean. Is beautiful.
