The staff, cleanliness, and amenities we provide are some of our main priorities to ensure our guests have the best time possible when staying with us, so that being said we are so happy you touched on each one of those things in a positive way! As for the parking unfortunately when our property is full some guests do have to park towards the back side of our lot, this is due to us only having space for one car per room! Thankfully our property is small so the length between parking and our rooms is not to far. One of our most liked amenities is our espresso bar that we have every morning which we open fairly early for all of of our early rising guests! As for the feedback regarding being located near the pool, we do have our set quiet hours which all guests must comply with. As for the feedback regarding noisy neighboring rooms, we just want to start off by saying sorry that you had to endure that, but the front desk is open 24hours so if something like this ever comes up we will make sure to put a stop to this once being informed. Everyone deserves a fun, relaxing, peaceful stay that is why we have our terms and policy's all guests must adhere to make sure everyone leaves here happy! For the mention of the business below us called the Picnic Basket they were doing remodeling which may have been the noise you heard at the time, but now they are back open and no longer under construction. The balcony level rooms which is the terrace level right above street level can get noisy due to the beach and warf being right across the way. We have a few other options that still have ocean views that give more privacy and more of a quiet area, if you decide to book again in the future we would love to help you find another option that better suits your needs. As for the Tv's, we do have cable as well as Chromecast, when you first turn on the TV in the room it displays the chromecast but to get cable you just switch the TV input from HDMI to TV. We are sorry you had the issue with a charge, we have never had that happen with Chromecast since from the device you choose to stream from such as a phone or a laptop you then just choose your streaming service for example Netflix then you just accept the pairing on your device and the streaming works from there. Hope that addresses some of the confusion. We hope to have you back in the future.
