“Loved Santa Cruz!”

The Travelodge is clean and comfortable and located within a short walk of the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk, and convenient to downtown Santa Cruz. Our stay was very pleasant and relaxing.

“Perfect for our families visit to the Boardwalk”

This hotel was hard to find, but we were given good directions at the other Travel Lodge. It was perfect for our large family outing to the Monterey Aquarium and the Santa Cruz boardwalk.

“perfect for indoor pool and spa.”

the hotel is perfect if you're looking for an indoor pool and indoor spa. can't wait to go back. nothing fancy, looks old but service, maintenance and cleanliness are best. staff are not rude they are kind and very helpful. worth going back. we just came last May 2007, and we're planning to go back by September of 2007. go check it out, and experience it.

“Dirtiest hotel I have ever seen!”

I have never been such a dirty place. I would have left, but it was a holiday weekend and my father-in-law died so we had to find a place to stay. The walls were so dirty! It had clean sheets and a clean bathtub, but that is the nicest thing that I can say about this place. We arrived on a Sunday, during a holiday weekend and the price for that night was extrememly high - and to walk into such a dirty place, while dealing with grief over a lost loved one was just toooooo much. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I wish that I could get my money back as I felt robbed by this horrid place.

“Definatley staying there again, wonderful motel”

The staff were all very nice, the room was very neat and cozy, and the most important thing to me was the housekeeping didn't come knocking at some ungodly hour in the morning, they came between 12 and 1 which really impressed me.

“Clean and Simple”

The staff was great and the room was clean and neat. The breakfast was pretty skimpy and there are no frills on the room, but they have an indoor pool and the staff was great.

“GREAT LOCATION”

THE HOTEL HAD A VERY GOOD LOCATION & PRICE. WE WERE LESS THAN 5 MINUTES FROM THE BOARDWALK. I ENJOYED THE INDOOR POOL. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO PEOPLE WHO ARE LOOKING FOR HOTELS ON A BUDGET.
