Best Western Plus All Suite Inn

Stay was great - location, full breakfast, spacious room, clean, free parking, great bed Cons - narrow parking spots, plumbing fixtures needed fixing, ice machine right outside of door (heard it all night) Overall great and plan to return

When I check in and went up to my room I realized it was a corner room facing the street and intersection. Since my visit was during off season, I knew the hotel was far from full. I asked to be move to a quieter room, but the guy at the front desk said the hotel was full and I had the last room. This was obviously untrue as the park garage was empty and there was no one to be seen. My room was very loud due to the street noise along with the very noise AC unit.

When we first checked into our room we were a little disappointed by the smell of cigarette smoke in a non smoking room. We tried to change rooms but to no avail, the last room our size was taken. So it ended up fine the smell wasn't to bad and the room and bed were comfortable and quite nice. The parking and location is a little weird, but once you figure it out it's not bad. Staff a was helpful and in the morning they set up a nice breakfast. Good room for the price I received with bpg coupon don't know if I'd pay full rate on this one. Not to bad though and I'd stay again.

The hotel was beautiful, the rooms comfortable and large, and the food great. Only thing is all of the high additional fees for room service, valet parking, and meals in the hotel. Also, I had my infant with me and the loud street noise kept us awake most of the night...and we were on the 5th floor. Lots of street noise downtown throughout the night. Wish I would have know that before I booked a hotel on the river walk.

This was our first stay at this Best Western Plus, but we've stayed at other BW Plus hotels and have liked them. We loved the comfy bed, the breakfast, and the free parking. The staff was pleasant and the room was clean. The speed of the free wifi was okay. The location isn't close to the beach, but downtown was a short walk away. We got a room with a jetted tub and were surprised it was a single tub (our previous Plus rooms have had garden-sized jetted tubs) but we enjoyed it. The worst thing about the room was a broken tile in the bathroom. Oh, and the noise from an adjacent room taking a shower at 6:30am. It sounded like the shower was in our room, but that's not management's fault. Overall, we liked the place and will stay there again.

Very comfortable and clean....ROOMY, CLOSE TO DOWNTOWN, AND VERY ACCESSIBLE. I will always choose here to stay when I visit.

We didn't spend much time in the hotel room. However, the time we spent there was good. The service at the front desk was great. They always had answers for us. The only thing I found lacking was there weren't any glasses or amenities for the microwave/refrigerator/sink. It would have been nice to have some glasses, plates, silverware, etc. It just would have made things easier for us. We will definitely stay there again.

Hot tub had a brown scum floating on the top. Workout room was very minimal but it was ok.

The room was fantastic, it had all the ammenities we needed and more. Spacious and comfortable! A little longer walk to the boardwalk than we expected but overall the hotel was a great choice for my family!

We loved everything about the hotel and would definitely stay there again !
