“My stay in Carmel”

My Family and I had a wonderful stay at the Hotel. Very clean and the beds are so confortable. The staff are so polite and made my familys stay such a wonderful experance. We will love to stay there agan.

“Great place to stay and a deal for the price”

There were 6 of us and as we drove up to the hotel everyone was alittle concerned as to what the rooms would be like. We were all very happy to see that the rooms were very clean. The bathrooms were large and roomy. The fireplaces in every room was a nice surprise. The lobby was neat and cozy. Over all it was a great experience. The flowers everywhere were beautiful Couldn't have picked a better motel

“Great deal on a very central location”

This was a really nice place. Located in downtown, with a grocery store next door. FYI: There must be a zoning restriction on signs in the city because all the businesses had very small signs located on the walls of their buildings. I was so used to large free standing signs that I drove right by the motel the first time without even seeing it.

“Would definitely visit again.”

We spent 4 very pleasant days in Carmel. The Hotel was ideally situated and though we were out of our room most of the day when we were in it the facilities it offered us were great. We had a king room and for 2 nights we had an extra fold down bed (at no extra cost) put in for our daughter who came to stay. There were heaps of clean towels for us all and although we didn't ask for them to be renewed each day - they were. Our room wa spotless and very comfortable and all the Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was self service and although there weren't many tables, there was always one available for us when we arrived. The variety offered for breakfast was really pretty good - far more than continental and you could eat as much as you liked and also take some fruit away if you wanted. We took a tray back to the room for our daughter who found the 10.00 am breakfast finish challenging! We had a fantastic view of the sea from our balcony so would encourage you to spend that little bit extra if you can.

This is a very nice hotel. Price was right and the location was perfect. The bed wasnt the worst to sleep on but it wasnt the best either.

WE WERE MARRIED 41 YEARS AGO IN THE CHAPEL AT THE HIGHLANDS INN AND STAYED HERE WHEN IT WAS CALLED THE JADE TREE INN. NOW NEWLY REMODELED WE ENJOYED OUR STAY HERE AND SHARED MANY SPECIAL MEMORIES . CARMEL IS TRULY A ROMANTIC AND TREASURED PLACE FOR US AND IS RECOMMENDED HIGHLY.

“Secret gem of Carmel”

This hotel is in the best location. Quaint restaurants and the market is all within walking distance. The hotel layout is great... multilayers for views and every room is close to your car. We loved it!
