Room shows signs for serious need of updating. Several patched holes in walls, carpet with holes, very firm bed and horrible pillows. Hot tub in room however was large and worked well.

Good place loved the room I recommend cleaning the Jacuzzi jets a little better prior to new costumers coming staying there, some stuff was in the lines had to run it clean before using. Thanks for everything see you next time

Early breakfast was available since 7am...but sadly no eggs. Make your own waffles, home potatoes and sausage patties. And the staples like toast coffee,juices. The room was alittle dated but clean...bathroom as well. Only complaint was the quilt on bed had really gross caked on yellow stain/crust..i dont want to imagine what it was tho...and it was on 2nd night that i noticed it..dont know the frequency of the washes

We came for the weekend and this place was perfect for the three of us. 2 separated bedrooms was perfect. It was close to downtown and all the restaurants. A bit old but very sturdy and reliable rooms.

My husband and I were very pleased with our stay at this hotel. It was a very reasonable price for a nice clean and conveniently located at Hotel. We enjoyed seeing Capitola, Santa Cruz boardwalk, and the redwood forest. The hotel was clean and roomy, and we have absolutely nothing but good to say about the breakfast provided. We would definitely stay here again!

Our hotel room was clean and recently remodeled, and I’m sure that some guest are low old to sleep by the gurgling noises from the pipes and failing the fan in the air conditioner. I found it rather annoying. I am unable to figure out whether the people in the room above us were playing leapfrog running a track meet or holding a stampede. We arrived in the evening, not having any opportunity to observe the neighborhood around we decided to make an early morning trip to Starbucks. We found that there are more homeless people literally sleeping on the sidewalk in front of the hotel than there are guests in the hotel. I’m of the opinion I would’ve rather saved my $125 and just slept on the street.

I thougt the room had more space. Small room, with a big bed. Really hard to get around the room. Opening the door of the bathroom was a challenge. The king bed, was nice. Overall, for sleeping was a great deal.

Toilet did not flush properly and nearly overflowed. Had to use toilet in lobby. Could not turn on TV. No eggs with breakfast.
