“Close to Asilomar Conference Grounds”

Pros: Large rooms with large closets/kitchenette area, ample parking/covered parking, close to Asilomar Conference Grounds, free continental breakfast with make-your-own waffles, comfortable beds. Cons: Very dated interior (specifically carpet and curtains) with musty smell (which is hard to avoid with all the damp foggy weather in Pacific Grove), walls are thin and noise easily travels, does not seem to be wheel-chair accessible (even the "ground floor" units have a short flight of stairs).

“Poor Service from the manager”

After making the reservation, I called the hotel to see about getting a larger suite. Instead of answering my question, the manager gave me a monolog lecture.

Very impressed with this place. It is a converted condo complex and the room was very clean and comfortable - very homely, with fireplace, fridge, and microwave. The grounds were well landscaped. The people were very nice and helpful and the continental breakfast really good. I was sad that our stay was just barely long enough to lay our heads down and grab breakfast, so I definitely plan to come back and make the most out of our stay.

“False Advertising”

My father and I stayed at thus hotel during the MotoGP race weekend at Laguna Seca. I booked a king room for Thursday through Monday. First, the bed was a queen-size. The hotel staff was adamant that the bed was a king, though I have a photo of the mattress label which clearly reads "queen". When we pressed the issue, they continued to insist that the room was a king room and tat there was nothing they could do as they were fully booked. 2 night lights and the hairdryer were broken in this room. The toilet did not flush properly, which the front desk said they'd address but they didn't. Overall, this room was definitely sub-standard, and the staff equally below par.

“Quiet getaway”

Really enjoyed the peace and quiet. Location was perfectly out of the way; no traffic noise, no garbage trucks at 6am. Furniture is outdated; but completely comfortable; rooms were clean.

The Inn was close to the meeting. It was clean and had everything I required. It was nice to have the little balcony.

“Relaxing weekend”

Had a wonderful weekend at this hotel with the kids and family. Short walk through Asilomar to the beach. Saw deer wandering around the neighborhood. The beds had the softest sheets I have ever slept on! Highly recommend for a nice, peaceful weekend.

“Hidden Away Jewel”

Located in a quiet neighborhood, this former condo complex is quiet and convenient to Asilomar and the beach. Very quiet.

“A Hidden Gem”

This hotel provided the kind of experience that my wife and I were seeking. Peaceful, quiet solitude...minutes from the ocean and from the tourist attractions offered in the Monterey area. There is no pool, so kids might be disappointed, but not having little kids yelling and screaming around the pool is not necessarily a bad thing.
