“Must go back”

Wow! What a great little hotel! Friendly and efficient staff, well equipped and maintained room that includes a fridge. A lot of the bigger hotel chains don't even do that. Breakfast was a lot nicer than the 'orange juice and cinamon roll with nowhere to eat it' that some hotels provide, there's a full compliment of cereals and breads with an ample seating area. Highway 1 is nearby, but you can hardly hear it. The beach is a short walk away. The curtains don't close, but that's a minor criticism. Thanks you for a relaxing weekend.

“exceeded expectations”

Great room. Large, clean, good bed. Some freeway noise, but not bad at all. Could hear muffled noise from other rooms. Very quick access to fwy or Del Monte Ave to get downtown. Only about 5 minutes either way.

“Value for your money”

A good bargain hotel - the room I enjoyed had recently been refurbished and was very comfortable. Even though it is next to Highway 1, the room had double paned glass so it was quiet.

Room was good size, very clean. The beds were excellent - very comfortable.

This was a nice, clean hotel - right off the highway and a quick drive to the aquarium and the wharf. The complimentary breakfast was pretty decent - baggles and waffles to toast, yogurt, fruit, pastires, cereal.

Nice location, short drive to Aquarium, wharf... fish market has excellent food... sushi at marina was also excellent

Affordable no frills comfort close to Fisherman's Warf, downtown Monterey and Cannery Row. Free parking.

The hotel was clean and very convienent to the beach. The staff was very helpfull.

La Quinta was very conveniently located near everything... The location was in a quiet area. The staff was accommodating.. The room was clean... YES, I would recommend to anyone...
