Very comfortable and clean room, very helpful staff, excellent location, beautiful view. Best for walking to Pacific Grove restaurants and morning stroll along coast

“wonderful stay - always”

this hotel is one block from the beach if that. The staff is always friendly and helpful. they have a free continental breakfast every morning. The rooms r small but big enough. The decorations r cute. Upkeep of the hotel is great considering it is an older hotel. I have stayed her 3-4 times. I used to stay at the more expensive hotels on cannery row but have found this one in Pacific Grove to be more the suitable. Take a picnic lunch and sit at lovers point. beautiful view. “Great location”

This was exactly what we were looking for! Not a fancy inn, but upgraded where it was needed. I'm picky and this suited me just fine. The front desk was great, better and more knowledgeable than most high end hotels. And most importantly you can't beat the location. I dropped my husband and son off at Fort Ord to mountain bike. The bike trail runs all the way from Seaside to Lover's Point Inn. Perfect! I didn't have to go back to fetch them. Fantastic resturants,Wharf, Aquarium, bike rentals within walking distance. We'll be back.

We were pleased with the location and the facility itself. We could easily walk to Monterey on the nearby bayside trail. In addition, downtown Pacific Grove was in easy walking distance. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

Liked the location and the service was prompt, room clean and everything worked fine. It was a bit noisier than I had expected however, but overall a very pleasant experience

Fine hotel, among classic homes, best place for quiet walk along beautiful Pacific Grove shore and half mile from Cannery Row shops and restaurants.

“Lover's Point...can't go wrong.”

Great location. Not a bad way to wake up in the morning next to the beach/Lover's Point. It's a short 15-20min walk to the MB Aquarium. Good distance to walk after having dinner. I got what I paid for based on it's rating. So I can't complain. No surprises. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Would definetely go back.

Had a great time. Will definitely return to this hotel. Good deal for a last minute reservation. Comfortable and surprising amount of room within the room. Good location too!

“Special location for memories and whale watching”

Nothing fancy but everything you would need. The beach across the street is like a Mediterranean paradise and you can watch whales from the shoreline. Bikes and kayaks and great little restaurants. Cindy at the hotel was very nice and cheerful and they had a corkscrew for our california wine!
