Pros: Not much. It is in a convenient location, and it is good to find a place with free parking. Close to a shopping mall with a good dining selection.
Cons: Plumbing needs attention ... and get rid of those "couches" (?) in the rooms, they take up too much room.
Location: It is in a good location ... it was very handy to the 17 mile drive.
We chose this place over a quaint cottage because it has a T.V. .... which DID NOT WORK. Bummer. However the staff was very helpful, and friendly; and it has a good location. Summary: We won't be back.

Pros: Convenient and comfortable
Cons: House keeping.
Location: Many things, 17 mile drive, Monterey bay, close to many local attractions and resturants.
Great Find. Near to all major activities and bay area attractions.

Pros: Location, complimentary bottled water, good breakfast
Cons: Having to carry our suitcases up external stairs, being near the stairwell
Location: Good for stop over on tour of coast
We only stayed one night as we were passing through – the Mariposa Inn was adequate, although I probably wouldn't have wanted to stay for a longer holiday. Room was fine except we were next to the stairwell and was noisy whenever someone walked past. Not all rooms are accessible by the lift – our room was only accessible by external stairs so we had to carry our suitcases up. Generally clean, breakfast was good.

Pros: Room clean and in reasonable condition.
Cons: Lack of air conditioning
Room were clean and in reasonable conditions. Location is a car drive away from most of the tourists sites at Monterey but not an issue if you are happy driving, which we were - also it was close to a shopping mall which had a nice cafe. The two negatives were that the room did not have air conditioning (not a real problem in May but likely to be one in the summer) and the fact that the breakfasts were a little canteen like (but their costs were included in the room charge). Hotel recommended a lovely Italian restaurant which is well worth a visit - Il Vecchio

Pros: Cleanness
Cons: The door of bathroom needs to be replaced, hard to close.
Very good interior condition and very clean. The room is spacious. It was a nice stay for the family.

Pros: I liked the cleanliness and the staff members.
Cons: The door knobs shook a lot because of the wind but it was scary because it sounded as if someone were trying to break into our room.
Location: It's right across from the Del monte shopping center. The monterey aquarium/ cannery row wasn't very far.
We didn't spend much time in our hotel but it was nice. The beds were very comfortable. I felt as if I were home sleeping in my own bed.
